Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. My dad and I stayed for one night. There is an Olive Garden across the driveway way from the hotel, which is convenient.

We stayed in room 111. The guests above us in 211 were very loud when they walked around their room and then woke up at 4:30 am and walked around some more. Making things worse, I think a portion of the sub flooring between the first and second floor units was loose, so there was a very loud squeak in the ceiling every time somebody in 211 stepped on that part of the floor. It was very annoying and affected our sleep and overall experience.

Location was quiet. Hotel was clean. 10 minute drive to shopping. Lighting in room was excellent. Amenities in room worked well

Television video quality was poor. Couldn't adjust settings for TV with generic hotel remote. Couldnt adjust the viewing ratio. Could be remote problem but not sure. Seemed like a new Samsung large screen TV. But disappointed I couldnt screen-share using my Samsung tablet or cellphone

Very clean. Front desk personnel was very help at Check in

I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The next day I had to ask for the trash to be taken out and the dirty towels to be removed

A perfect location for my requirements. Excellent choices for breakfast. Plenty of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance.

Sorry we did not partake of any breakfast service, but that was definitely one of the services we usually use.

I certainly did request rooms close together and when we checked in the clerk said it was not indicated and since we did not call their hotel to make reservations they did not have rooms available. They even had put us on different floors. That was not acceptable because we are senior citizens and our daughter traveled with us to assist us. She finally placed us in rooms on same floor but not close at all. So is that the practice when you go through the booking website?

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and all the staff was friendly and welcoming.

getting temp adjusted in room. it was either too cold or too hot, no in between.

breakfast utensils (Spoons) are always running out. There is no one to look after even after informing front desk. The breakfast area needs proper cleaning. the lobby floor needs frequent cleaning especially with snow outside. The picture on TV is not so sharp.

Very friendly staff. Upon walking in, everything was clean. The room had everything it shows it would and super clean. It was close to the road but not noisy. Restaurants and mall was in walking distance.

Room and grounds were clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful for out-of-towners. Good location close to many of the places on our list.

Wear and tear was obvious in restroom, but still incredibly clean. TV was outdated, no DVD capability, but we watched the LEGO Movie on the Disney Channel. :)

Alex the front receptionist was fantastic! He made sure we were well taken care of. The main reason my family and I booked this hotel was just to get out of the house and enjoy some indoor pool time, Alex made sure we did that exactly!

The AC unit was loud. I could barely hear the TV. The TV volume was set at 33 which didn’t help.
