The Geneva Inn

it was extremely clean, very quiet, although it was during the off season so not a lot of people around, it was a little pricey but I felt we got what we paid for, I would stay here again. the complimentary champagne was a nice touch

the room was for up to 4 people, but we only got 2 wash cloths, the rest of the linens were sufficient. also when we left for the day the cleaning staff were standing in the hallway, I’m sure they were waiting for people to start leaving so they could work, but they weren’t very friendly as we walked by, I said good morning and nobody replied, and there were 3 of them just standing there watching us leave.

At the bar, during Happy hour, the Negroni with olive/cheese and avocado sides were good. The wine was good with dinner. The staff were friendly and professional. The lake and surroundings with the hiking trail were spectacular!!

The room was not large, but adequate for one person. The bathroom was just large enough for a shower and toilet. The sink and faucet to wash your hands, brush your teeth and shave was in the bed room itself. The faucet fittings on the sink were old fashioned, with the gold platings beginning to peel at places. The view from the room was the parking lot and the greenery beyond. For dinner, I had ordered a 10oz sirloin, cooked rare. What I got was sirloin cooked closer to medium or well done. There was no sit-down breakfast. I had to pickup the coffee and muffin from the front desk and take it to my room. Both the coffee and muffin were good!!

The rooms are wonderful although I think a piece of art or two on the walls would give them a pop. View is Great of the lake. Restaurant was wonderful. Service Great

Im a light sleeper and when they renovated unfortunately they didn't wrap the sewer pipes with insulation so everytime the toilet flushed upstairs I woke up. Sad the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast and lunch they did have a breakfast bar thou

The view is without a doubt one the most beautiful sites from sunrise to sunset.

our room didn’t have heat I asked them to fix it twice but it never got warm me and my wife had to sleep our first night with our jackets on in 56 degrees temperature. There was a cold draft of wind seeping through the balcony door.

the view of the lake and the restaurant was so beautiful. our room was very clean and appointed beautifully. the coffee bar downstairs was great and Chelsey at front desk was very helpful regarding activities and restaurants.

it was a bit far to town and restaurants, bars and shops. it was definitely a scenic quiet location. don’t believe breakfast was available at hotel.

The rooms were freshly remodeled and looked fantastic. The restaurant is wonderful. The view is amazing. The staff was very friendly.

Patio should be open and the fans in the room need to be secured better. They also need a laundry service or laundry machines on-site. Lots of water and beach activities requires this at an affordable cost. There should also be a continental breakfast in the banquet room or the restaurant should be open with a breakfast buffet. Many of these I say are a requirement to really have that 4 star rating. To me this is still a 3 star hotel but I can see they are motivated to be a 4 star.

The accommodations were exceptional.

Unfortunately, the restaurant meal was subpar this time around. We visited the restaurant in November as well. Food was splendid. Not certain if they changed chef's but this time it wasn't as appealing.

My husband & I enjoyed everything about The Geneva Inn . Starting from the wonderful service at our arrival @ check-in , with the acknowledgment of our wedding anniversary with a unexpected bottle of champagne!! Our water front room with balcony & views were PHENOMENAL!!The Grandview restaurant was fantastic, along with the great service from our waitress & the manager. I cannot THANK the staff enough, for making our wedding anniversary, memorable in every way. Thank you Geneva Inn, for a slice of heaven on earth!!!!

There was nothing to not like!!!

A luxurious room with balcony overlooking the lake. Well located for the town. NIce walk around lake to town

I expected to be able to swim in the lake from the hotel but the jetty is private.

View of the lake was beautiful- only wish the weather was nicer to sit outside to enjoy - it was unusually colder but nothing you could have done. We were greeted with champagne at check in - the people working at front desk were great When I called down about the tv, they came right up to fix it.
