big room, friendly front staff.

dirty silverware in the dishwasher! I ended up putting all dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and ran them while we were out. food spilled on front of the cabinet! I wiped down the front of the cabinets. also a hole in the dish rag?!! dirty spot on the coverlet. didn’t see it until the day we checked out. GROSS! peeling paint around shower. the day of checkout housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am! we told her we were checking out and to come back. she then knocked again at 10:10! that time I wasn’t very nice. she also knocked on every door on the floor TWICE that morning! front desk apologized profusely and was going to notify the supervisor. also they list a spa, there is only a pool not a spa in the pool area.

Convenient, clean, easy

When rooms aren’t serviced every day, you run out of regular coffee after the first day. It certainly would be nice to be able to have enough coffee for the length of the stay, even if someone just made a daily sweep of each room and replenished it. Clean towels and trash empties would be great. I don’t need my bed made or room vacuumed every day but we’ve lost a lot of amenities with the lockdown that happened with covid

The breakfast was ok, I have had better and worse. I would recommend more hot options, but the variety was good. The house coffee was good. The room was very nice and clean and spacious. We traveled for sports so the small kitchen was great. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The bathroom was small but fine. Liked the shower but recommend adding a conditioner container to the wall. There is one with body wash and shampoo. This hotel was about 8 mins to the grand sports complex. Grocery store was very close. This is a very nice place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast could have more hot options

The hotel is brand new. The rooms have everything you need, including a small kitchen and plenty of space to work and relax. Everything was clean.

The ventilation system worked poorly (it seems that the thermostat was not able to switch between cool/heat modes). As a result, there was almost no air circulation in the room, and it was pretty loud during nighttime (soundproofing is another issue). The breakfast was OK but the options were pretty limited.

The hotel staff was awesome along with the facilities great place to stay very clean

People next to us had a dog with them they went out to dinner the dog wined and barked for quite a while. Then around 12 am i hear the people above us walking and running around called the front desk finally after the front desk called them they quit around 3 am. None of this was the hotels fault

Breakfast was good although better sweet options would have nice. The muffins were a bit dry. The room was exceptionally spacious, I just wish that it might have been cleaned and replenished more often. Staff were very good and friendly. Karsyn was extremely helpful and gave an excellent “face” to the front desk.

The availability of breakfast and quality of breakfast was great! Cleanliness of the facilities and the areas to hang out inside and out were very nice.

The only real complaint that I have is the pillows in the room. They went flat as soon as you laid on them and there were no extras so there was no way to even double them up. We’ve stayed in Home 2 Suites a lot and this is the first one we’ve had this issue.

Good breakfast. Plenty to choose from, and they did not appear to run out of items.

Never got wi-fi info - forgot to ask. Sheets were a little worn. Fiddled with the wall-mounted thermostat for a while until I realized the unit by the window was the actual way to control the room temperature.

The breakfast was fast and convenient. I liked the location. My special needs Grandson had 2 days of testing at Riley Children's Hospital and wasn't admitted for it. We live three hours away so it was nice to stay in a place that I felt safe traveling with him.

Something that tells your guests about stores and restaurants close by less round-a-bouts...lol

Beautiful room and lots of amenities

Thermostat on the wall said 77 the entire time and we couldn’t get it to work. Finally the morning we left we found another control in the wall under window unit and were able to turn that down. It would have been helpful to know there was a second one.
