This hotel was in a really great location and made it easy to get to the things in the area we wanted to visit. (Holliday Park is always worth a visit and it's great for families! - see the attached photo) It's also close to the highway, but not on it, which is a bonus! Even though it was next to a busy road, we didn't notice any extra noise in our room. Loved the mini fridge with sink and counter top which made preparing lunches easy. The breakfast was great - nice variety - and I really, really appreciated alternate milk options: chocolate soy milk and regular almond milk. My son is allergic to dairy so this is always a difficulty when we travel. It was such a relief to have something he could drink at breakfast. The pool was nice to use and the exercise room was small but had the basics needed. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

The bolt lock on our door didn't work, so that was a little frustrating. We used the pull-out trundle bed beneath the couch, which was a nice change from a fold-out bed, but it made traffic to the door very tight and difficult to maneuver around, which I feel was a bit of a fire safety hazard.

It's very hard to find a hotel room that is actually accommodating towards wheelchair users. The heighth of the bed and the size of the room were very appreciated.

I wish there was a roll in shower in a room with a king size bed. There may just not have been any available at the time.

Love the motel! It's our 4th stay I believe. We live an hour and a half away and had kids doctor's appts 2 days in a row and so we decided to get a motel... Of course, we love Springhill suites Carmel and so that's where we went... Nice staff, good food, good pool, and clean motel. And affordable for a family

Everything was amazing from staff to comfort of room. The breakfast was good , was kids enjoyed it . I would definitely book again and want to stay at any Springhill hotels .

The pull out bed was a little stained and looked un cleaned so we just used the couch .

Everything was outstanding about our stay: cleanliness, staff friendliness The breakfast provided was the best we have EVER experienced. There was a variety of foods to choose from, hot and cold selections as well as superior, piping hot coffee!

We liked everything...absolutely no negatives.

Location was great, easy on and off the highway, quiet area. Staff person was very pleasant and attentive.

Never a good time to black you the parking area, it was our weekend. 😔

The place is nice... Very roomy... And staff is always friendly! We have stayed 2 times and will continue when needed. Also the price is always good!!!
