Hampton Inn Ft Wayne

The room was very clean and bug free! We had a few places to eat right by and it was easy to get to from the Interstate. The area seemed safe and well kept. The breakfast bar had something for everyone and healthy options too. The hot tub and pool area was clean and stocked with towels!

Our room smelled of paint and the bathroom exhaust fan didnt work so had that smell the whole night. The beds need new mattress The pool was pretty cold so stick to the hot tub!

The staff were friendly and attentive. The staff were all very welcoming!!

The hotel needs updates.. get rid of the dirty carpet in the elevator and replace with tile. The bedding needs to be replaced. The bed skirting need to be replaced. The tub was dark and needed resurfaced. Get rid of carpet in the dining area so the employees can clean it with efficiency.

It was close to the venue I was going to and close to highway and places to eat

You should make it clear that your rooms don't have a jacuzzi in them. To be honest I wouldn't have booked the roo. But I thought it had a Jacuzzi.. I booked the room thinking it had one. It was for my 1 year anniversary. Kind of felt cheated.

Rooms were clean. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was good.

The pool was very cloudy and hot tub was greenish smelled dirty. At 2am Sunday morning the fire alarm went off along with the strobe lights went for 10 minutes or more scared the $hit out of us. The gave know explanation as to why at check out. We checked to see if fire department showed up or police know one ever did so we went back in.

Staff were exceptional; pool room and tub very nice ; delicious breakfast; and our room were pretty and appeared clean. Very happy with our stay!!

something minor....the hot tub needed to be repainted white around the upper concrete edging. Also, our bath tub floor looked dirty and needed bleached or cleaned better.

We were on our way home from vacation and needed a nice place to lay our heads before our final leg of trip. Quiet, clean and comfortable, outside the craziness of the rush hour traffic, etc. Morning breakfast was done very well with all the Covid restrictions in place. We had the option of easily taking it with us or sitting in the socially distanced dining area, which is what we chose. Staff member, John, very friendly and helpful with checkout.

breakfast area way too small and need more than one waffle maker with the amount of guests at hotel! breakfast was mediocre most was cold and drink options were limited!!

It was a nice hotel, room was a lot bigger than expected, staff was so nice. Location was decent, pool was great. It was clean

When we did the reservation we booked a room with a hot tub in the room, when we got there that wasnt the room we got. They did have a pool, hot tub downstairs so it wasn't a huge deal though.

I loved the breakfast. The staff at the Hampton are top notch, from housekeeping all the way up to the manager!! Thank you for your hospitality, I will return soon.

The carpet in the elevator needed for be vaccumed and the pillows were a little lumpy

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, location.

The only issue we had was our toilet didn’t flush well. We had to flush 2-3 times before it cleared.
