SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Wayne North

The art and room set up was the best I've ever seen for it being so reasonably priced.

The body wash was out and we couldn't ask for it to be replaced because we were mid shower. Also one of the lamps was flickering. Biggest let down was when the employees came to make the room while we were gone a few hours they turned off the mini fridge with our left overs in it so those expensive meals spoiled.

The Location, we could use our netflix account, the bed was clean and comfy, very nice facility. Hotel staff was very welcoming and polite and addressed any problem or concern we had

We could hear kid running around upstairs as we had a room on the first floor. Shower floor was a little dirty upon check in but we got a courtesy call from front desk and they addressed it asap.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The lobby stood out as soon as we walked in! I loved how small it looked on the outside but very spacious on the inside! Now the room.... I loved everything about it! The beds were very comfortable, I loved the couch/day bed, the closet was huge, the bathroom was gorgeous! I am super picky about the carpet in hotel rooms. I have stood at some hotels where I don’t even want to walk with socks on because of how dirty they look but our room at spring hill suites, the carpet was very clean! I loved how spacious the bathroom was, that mirror though... looked like a vanity mirror! Then I didn’t realize we didn’t even have to bring any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash because they provide you with Paul Mitchell products that smell amazing! The three smelled amazing but my favorite was the tea tree shampoo. The only thing I wish I would have checked out was their hot breakfast. WASNT sure what options they had, but I saw their options posted at the front desk and it wasn’t bad all. I could go on and on about the room/ facility. I have nothing wrong to say! Loved everything about it! Had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel!

The pool was closed due to maintenance but honestly we were so busy because we stood at the hotel because of a dance competition so I felt like we wouldn’t even have been able to jump in the pool.

my room was exceptionally clean. everything was perfect.

my only complaint is I was there to study for an exam and I was placed on a floor with a noisy family. the kids were running up and down the hallway being loud.

People were great. Bed very comfortable. Tv didn’t work, they were very quick to take care of it.

Could hear other guests. Don’t think the room are very insulated for sound.

Everything was fine but breakfast. I can't believe in theses times there's still hotel using disposable cutilery, disposable plates, disposable glasses...and some of them plastic.

The breakfast was ok. They did run out of cereal for the kids but it wasn't a really big deal. It was disappointing not to have the breakfast bar(the kids wanted pancakes) but we understood about the whole covid thing, The pool was open and that was a lot of fun for the kids. The staff was excellent. Very nice people and really helpful.

I can't think of anything we didn't like, We asked for a room change to be closer to my sister and her kids and we were given a connecting room, It was perfect for us. We live in Fort Wayne and my 8 year old granddaughter asked if we could stay at SpringHill Suites again. We will be back.

The room layout and size was great! Housekeeping and maintenance were super friendly!

The breakfast is severely lacking. The bread & bagels were all stale the 1st morning. The 2nd morning the bread was stale. The oatmeal was runny both days.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The floor plan of our king suite was well designed and this was an exceptional value for what you get. The warm breakfast was very good. Underground parking was a treat.

Wish that coffee would have been available all the time.

The rooms are very clean!! Beds were very comfortable. Has a great layout to the room with the desk, wet bar and couch and ottoman. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. They had a full hot breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
