Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Good location next to highway, restaurants, liquor store, gas station, hospital. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Fridge and microwave great. Hot shower. Big, well-designed room. Hot yummy breakfast included.

Very busy location. Some of the other guests were loud at times. Cable tv boring and remote slow. The room wasn't dark enough. Had drapes and then half sheer curtains. Lights from other hotels n city coming in. No way to completely shut. I was on the 2nd floor but I wondered if people outside could see in my room. I like feeling of total privacy.

Pros: very clean hotel and room. Bed was very comfortable. Temperature was easy to control and AC worked great. I can't remember the last time I used Hotel shampoo / conditioner. I ended up dancing half the night at the winery event and I did not bring any shampoo or conditioner since we were only in town for one night. I used the hotel shampoo and conditioner and I have to say it was great. Room was very spacious. Neutral: we did not eat the breakfast because we wanted to check out a local place instead. Our traveling companions said the breakfast was terrible. I kept this in the neutral category since I personally did not try it. We did not try out the microwave or the refrigerator since we were only there for one night.

Cons: pool was not open (staff said it had to be drained and would reopen until the next day). No hot tub. Pillows were very flat (per my husband. I bring my own pillow with me every time I travel).

It was very good. Tasty and hot. Lots of choices.

We found the entrance to the hotel a bit difficult to find.

Breakfast was excellent each day. The staff was helpful and friendly at all levels of service. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool was out of service, and the elevator did'nt work one day out of four.

The hotel was conveniently located for our purpose. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK, a typical COVID-type, everything prepackaged.

We would have given it exceptional marks but there were little things wrong that needed fixing. This included a very slow draining bathroom sink, no stopper in the bathtub, a burned out lightbulb in the floor lamp so there was no light in the sitting area, and the entry door would stick at the bottom so you had to apply excessive pressure to open it. None of these things were deal-breakers but it is attention to detail that makes a good hotel a great hotel.

The welcoming staff and great location close to relatives we visit.

Rooms are getting a bit dated...couches are worn and cleaning service/making beds has not resumed since COVID where it has in other hotels.

the pool should be open earlier in the day. Not fair to only have 1 hr swimming time on check out day.

Had party of ten, this was the only hotel I could find that had the 2 beds and sofa bed...worked perfectly for us. Offered breakfast which was very convenient

Tell people cleaning when we check out don't tray to open doors one of them color guy...almost see my wife naked. ..she feels bad and mad with him

The driveway isn’t marked at all where you turn in so we went past it. It is hard to find. Need a sign at the entrance stating Comfort Suites entrance
