Baymont by Wyndham Noblesville

The pool was great! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was super friendly and we felt very welcomed and at home there. Everyone greeted us with a smile and were very kind to us while we were there!

Very limited television channels. A lot of it was news or sports and we wanted to watch some cartoons on Disney, Nickelodeon, or Cartoon Network but the channels weren't available. We weren't able to cast from our phones either. We even tried plugging our phones into the tv but it didn't work either. Breakfast was good but sparse. I would've loved some cereal, but it was still good!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff interaction was minimal, but no complaints. The hotel just does not give the appearance of a "great place to stay". But for me the location is perfect. I would say the cost reflects what you can expect. A comfortable and clean place to stay, but really nothing special.

Bathroom towels are not soft at all. Toilet paper is cheap and rough.

Having a room when needed

Their attitude, them trying to charge for damages when there wasn't any, just to get 20 in cash, bring told we smoked when we didn't, we only got 2 towel and no coffee and our toilet doesn't work half the time. And the employees seem to be laughing at and talking about people and they're just disrespectful.

EVERYTHING!!!! I called in a day before arrival to try and arrange an early check in, Julie assured me they will do their best.Upon arriving via a red eye, I called hotel and Dinkle was very helpful and was able to accomodate us immediatly!! Sebastian was also very helpful when our keys were not working properly, he quickly resolved. GREAT customer service and very clean/comfy and even the breakfast was great!!

the Air conditioner needs to be updated.

The location was perfect. we came in town for the Janet Jackson concert and it was very convenient to the location. The staff was also great and tentative, clean property, hot breakfast. No complaints!

The free breakfast

When I walked into the hotel, I instantly smiled something that I believed was stall. Kind of like old, dirty carpet?? And, when I opened my room door it was definitely a d, musty smell. The carpetaybe is old and needed replaced or something! Just kinda smelled musty.

Room was very clean and neat bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was attended to for refilling nearly every 5 minutes and the entire facility and grounds were very pleasant. We really think the staff was over the top friendly.

The room and bath were clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate.

Room 307: Room and bath are both a little beat up. Bathroom door will not shut without force, is broken around upper hinge on bathroom side and needs to be replaced. Bed and furniture in the room is worn and dated. Some places in the walls need repaired.

The breakfast was very picked over by the time we got there. Another guest told us that the waffle batter was spoiled so we were unable to make a hot breakfast. The parking lot was full when we got to the hotel. I had to park on the side of the lot which left my car exposed. I didn't like that.

Non-smoking room had a heavy cigarette smoke odor. Smell dissipated after a couple days and after spraying room air freshener.
