SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Westfield

EVERYTHING was very clean and organized, the place was immaculate! Any extra Garbage on the floor was picked before the next morning. Recycling and trash canisters were available. The stay was very convenient for a family of six or more or less. The staff was very well mannered and help led to more than accommodate us on all our needs and wants. We were staying here for our daughters AAU travel basketball event which could get quite tiring but this hotel stay helped ease the monotony. The hotel was so convenient 4-8 minutes away from any place we needed to be at. The complimentary breakfast was grand, so was the bed sizes, and the space. Everything worked well for us and we met some great ppl in the process.

Lady at front desk was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great on Tuesday morning and the attendant was nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location was minutes from everything you could think of, yet secluded.

Hallway didn't get vacuumed the entire stay. Trash overflowing outside main entrance almost set the tone for a bad experience. Trash bag drippings or spills at rear exit reassembled vomit.

I asked for a late checkout. The woman at the front desk said the hotel was completely booked for that night and they could not help me. I looked on the website and was given multiple options for a room for that night, so it wasn't completely booked and I could have had a late check out. When I presented her with this information she then said it was too late to ask for a late check out and there is nothing she could do. It was 830 am when I asked. She lied. And told another lie. I was really disappointed. The entire stay was perfect, except for her.

Our check-in went smoothly and the staff was very helpful. Our room was wonderful! The bed was comfortable and I want to thank you for putting a real blanket/comforter on the bed. Most hotels skimp on these and I always freeze. I loved that there was a real blanket. Everything was very clean. My check out went ok. I have a charge that I'm still waiting to see if it's taken off my account. I did call and I was told it was put on my account in case I charged something extra, which I did not. Still waiting and hoping I don't have to contact the desk again.

The staff were always helpful and nice and the property was very clean and modern. We all loved the amount of different breakfast selections and they even had a gluten free bagel which is always a surprise and appreciated!

There was not anything I would say we didn’t like.

Beautiful, new, clean hotel. Super close to Grand Park Sports Complex which is where we needed to go. Staff was great! Room was nice and cold when we got there which was WONDERFUL because we’d been outside in 99 degree heat all day for a lacrosse tourney. Will absolutely stay here again for our next lax tourney at Grand Park!!

Fridge and Microwave in room and was able to get a room close to the Elevator.

The breakfast, didn't have Variety of meat such as bacon or turkey sauce. Potatoes are Biscuit and gravy

Great location. Modern and clean rooms.

Bathtub very narrow and sloping, somewhat slippery. Have to stand with feet next to each other to take a shower. Could see older people having a hard time keeping their balance.

No hot tub, no change in breakfast choices from day to day. We’ve tried to stay here before and it’s always way more expensive. This time it was reasonable because it wasn’t a tournament weekend.

The staff was so friendly! We traveled for a Pearl Jam concert, which was cancelled. The staff provided us with alternative places to go. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable.
