Parking was easy. Pool was perfect!

There were no elevators. I am disabled and it was difficult to carry my bags upstairs. My boyfriend asked the front desk for toilet paper. The attendant said, "What am I supposed to do about it?" My boyfriend said to locate a roll of toilet paper. After a couple of minutes, he was given a roll. It was a disappointing situation. Usually, there is an extra roll in the bathroom. There wasn't.

hospitallity was great. I mistakenly went to Days in by University in West Des Moines very rude and unable to assistg. Glad I went to wrong one because our stay at this one was very nice clean and easy to get to. We had to book a room for two days as I was having surgery and a huge snow storm was coming in. The place was a grand place to stay.

There’s rust stains the tub doesn’t shut off completely, but the staff is great and makes up for no paint on the lobby door

Location isn't walkable but it's convenient to the rest of Twin Cities if you have a car

The exterior is a little dated, but the room was renovated and clean. Lots of restaurants in the area, including walking distance. Great value for your money.

My stay was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but basic needs with kind staff. Thank you.

I wish the showerhead wasn't quite so high. I'm 5'5" and had to stand under the stream or it was in my face. But I managed just fine.
