The staff was friendly. The on-site Boss Pizza Restaurant and Bar was excellent and reasonably priced. Our room had plenty of space for the 5 of us. I like the 2 doors in the room. One door entered from the back hallway, and the second door entered the pool, arcade, tiki bar, and restaurant. The pool/waterpark had at least 6 lifeguards, which was very nice to see. Most hotels usually have a sign simply stating no lifeguard on duty.

The only thing that I didn't like which clearly couldn't be helped was the overwhelming chlorine smell from the pool/waterpark when you enter the hotel.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff, even after a room mix-up. The staff did everything they could to make our stay great. My kiddo loved the pirate ship pool area. The lifeguards were artentive and friendly.

The hotel and pool areas could use some updates, but overall was good. There is obvious wear on the kids pool areas, which is to be expected with as many people that use them.

Family gathering with a small child - the balcony upgrade was a bit of a must. Lifeguards were present and available. Bar was open and accommodating. Check in and out was reasonable. Arcade was nice even for a smaller child.

Breakfast was limited to 4 items for 8.99 - bacon, pancakes, hashbrowns, and eggs. No toast or bread products, muffins, fruit, or other meats. Just limited for the pricetag. But server was nice.

The staff was super friendly, and the pool area for the kids was great. Plus, the restaurant stayed open late, which was a huge plus.

The inside pool area got a little too hot at times for the adults or grandparents.

Has a reasonable rate for a family fun trip

Really the only bad thing I could say was a couple of The arcade games didn’t work but did have a sign saying basically play at your own risk. We Did find games that worked and played them.

Didn't have breakfast.

The big slide was broken so grandkids could not enjoy that part of the pool area. The older two grandkids didn't enjoy the pool as much as the younger two did.

How well the staff was doing despite being very clearly understaffed

That the higher ups allowed that many people to be in when they were obviously understaffed

I loved the caring and consideration of the life guards at the pools they were so attentive to the kids and special needs adults we had.

The front desk staff was not very kind actually felt when needed we were bothering them

The breakfast was on flimsy disposable dishes and the tables/floors were extreamly sticky. I am sure it was 1 waiter and 1 kitchen staff, so service was slow

The breakfast was ok but it was but I didn't care for paying 6.99 for a normal hotel breakfast it should be complimentary.
