All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The room was super clean and quiet and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, although not as much as other Holiday Inn Express & Suites we have stayed at.

The pool area was a little dirty - someone had left personal belongings and there were food crumbs and peanuts on the floor, as well as a used bandaid when we used the pool after checking in. When we returned to the pool in the morning before checkout, all of the above mentioned items were still there.

Facility was great, clean and the staff that helped us get new rooms was very kind.

I prepaid for my room and four hours before our arrival I got a call from the property that our room had been given to someone else (as an upgrade and was staying longer than us) and would we be able to do two rooms verses what I paid for which was the family suite. Thankfully, it worked out bc we had more space but the hotel ended up being sold out so that would have been bad had we lost our booking and not had a room. It did work out, just slightly bothersome how bad it could have been.

Clean room and comfortable beds like we have come to expect. Large TV with good guide and channels.

AC cycling at night was a little noisy. Only one reg coffee in the room. NO PANCAKES! The pancake machine was out of order. I look forward to them at HIE. No yogurt and milk only in a gallon container.

Breakfast was really good the first day because you had omelets which are quite good. Second day there was scrambled eggs which I'm not as fond of but was still a good breakfast. Location fit our needs very well.

In the room there's one lounge couch and there was two of us. I thought if there was another one with the arm on the opposite side you could put them together and both people could sit together to watch a little TV. Or at least have that option.

It was under construction so there were many things that were not finished. The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The tiles around the pool were very slippery and the pool was way too full of water. The tub was new but the installers had cracked some of the finish off and tried to cover it with a white substance but it still showed through.

The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Great workout facility and free breakfast was a plus. Great value for our large, king suite.

The person who checked us in made several statements that I considered very offensive. I am very disappointed

Arrived late evening after booking online while in the car (Booking.com). Reservation was ready and we were on our way to the room immediately. Room was spacious and comfortable, and quiet.

Didn’t run into a thing.

The cleanness, accessibility from I-80 and the overall experience were all great.

The hotel doesn't offer any food and drinks other than breakfast and the wending machines but there's a pizzeria/brewery very close to the hotel.
