Great breakfast. Nice pool area. Comfy rooms. The booking was not done right online so there was a mix up at check in. The ladies at the front desk did everything they could to make sure our stay was good. No issues. Not their fault.

Breakfast. We are late risers and the 6 to 9 breakfast is just a little too early for us when traveling. Wish it could have lasted till 10 so we could sleep in. The outlets in the lamps are loose and need fixed.

Location is convenient to restaurants and market. The room is spacious.

The staff is mostly away on the desk especially late at night. I checked in late and couldn't find a staff anywhere. I have to wait around and have to go find them. It would be nice to have a refrigerator and smart TV.

Breakfast was quite good. The staff taking care of the breakfast were exceptional. Area was clean and food was well stocked.

Room cost has gotten so expensive. I realize that virtually everything has gone up, but $150 per night still diminishes the experience - especially for us old folks!

Although room by elevator I didn’t hear busy elevator and my room was especially big and roomy in entry. I also liked the stacked cabinet with fridge, coffee, microwave

That no smart TV for linking to private streaming services

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Mya she answered all of our questions and concerns! We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

The only complaint we really have was the pool area. There chlorine levels were so high that it was unbearable to sit in that area without your eyes burning.

We had a couple of little issues with standard items not in our room, but Tommy the General Manager took care of it for us! Tommy provided top notch customer service!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Again, Tommy the General Manager provided exceptional customer service! The pool and hot tub area was terrific. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful!

They were out of everything for breakfast and we didn't really get anything. Even if you don't clean the room I still think you should put towels in the room or on the level of your room to grab.

Great location, value and service. Corey at the front desk made us feel welcome with her beautiful smile and Midwest charm. After a drive across country it was a delightful change. Facility appears new, it was bright, clean without masking air fresheners, and very comfortable. A great stay.

Two chairs in the room would have been nice.

Staff outstanding, any issue the staff solved. Room was large and comfortable.

Pool very small and was closed 2 of 4 days here which children did not appreciate. No closet or place to hang our clothing. Breakfast average, five mornings of biscuits and gravy got a little old, prob due to covid.
