The staff was amazing. Every single person we dealt with was so exceptionally nice and accommodating. From check-in, to dinner at the bar, to breakfast. Every staff member was so professional. We were always acknowledged when we walked in, even if they couldn't get to us right away. And they did the same to other guests when we were being waited on. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I thought it might be. Would love to have had a small fenced in area for the dogs to potty. That's just my personal request because we have a shelter dog that has issues with being on a leash. It took forever to get her to go potty outside. Still, overall, the experience was fantastic.

Pristine room & bathroom, as well as the entire hotel. It was connected to the Convention Center where my 15 year old granddaughter participated in a dance competition, which was uber convenient! We stayed here last April for the dance competition & it is still our favorite hotel!

The hotel restaurant states it is open til 11pm on Saturday night & when we went down to order food for our 15 year old granddaughter, who had just woke up after being exhausted from competing in the dance competition, at 10pm, we were told the kitchen was closed. If the hours for the restaurant state that they are open til 11pm, they should serve food until 11pm. She was very disappointed. There is no microwave in the room.

It was a nice and friendly place. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again an recommend it to others.

THE ELEVATORS. of the 4 main elevators, only 2 worked. There was the Kinfigure convention and show and the were so many people needing to be places and it was at a standstill. I had to pass 5 times before on the 6th, I begged them to just let me squeeze in. I waited 25 minutes to go down 6 floors.

Exercise room was a nice size with treadmills, stationary bikes, and enough room for aerobic workout routine. Hotel bar had friendly staff and appetizers big enough for a meal.

Our bathroom door was way out of alignment; it would not allow the door to stay shut for privacy. The parking lot was oddly laid out, to the point multiple vehicles parked in the exit lane. We wish the breakfast would have been included instead of a per person fee. Ended up driving to a local eatery instead.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. The bar and grill had good food and strong drinks. Checkout was at noon and I was a little nervous that housekeeping would come knocking early, but we were left alone to sleep in. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

I would have liked a microwave in the room. I am a diabetic, and I need to eat as soon as I get up in the morning, so I needed a microwave for my oatmeal.

The patio was nice. The rooms were clean. Pet friendliness a plus.

No menu or amenities book in the room. We had a long day wanted to order room service, ended up leaving again to get food. We received the complimentary breakfast but had to wait thirty minutes to receive food and our waitress only attended to us at the beginning and when we had to sign.

Very clean! Close by to all things!

some of the elevators didn’t work and I had to carry a very heavy bag up the stairs.

Clean, relaxing and safe place for my wife and little boy to hang out while I worked. The indoor pool is a nice touch! The hotel was recently updated which gave it a clean feel. Staff were friendly. Great views of the city from the room.

Sheraton can afford better pillows!! The brand toiletries is not good the shampoo makes the hair plasticky!!
