It was so comfortable and I felt so secure there. I really needed that. The room was spacious, and I was amazed at everything I found in the kitchen! The lobby, when I first entered, smelled so beautiful! The person who greeted me was very kind. Everything exceeded my expectations. And the pillows...I want one of those pillows for my house!

The vending machine was out of Diet Mountain Dew in the morning. And the coffee machine was down, so it was a little bit of a bummer, but not a big deal at all.

Wow! what didn’t we like? Going to be in the area to see family for several days so wanted a more apartment style location… so we could have visitors stop by. from check in to check out it was great! Friendly, clean, comfortable, safe, roomy, everything we needed was available in our apartment. Nice lobby area with self serve coffee/tea area and lots of seating to enjoy visiting with friends. couldn’t ask for a better stay. Mandy was exceptional in getting us settled and again when we extended for a little longer! Carol was so helpful with any questions in the evenings and getting us noted into the same room when we decided to extend. Shana with housekeeping checked in if we needed anything. We were there a week and will be our definate go to when coming to town to visit family. Easy access to everything! highly recommend this location!

The entire management staff is first rate! All of the team members showed a willingness to make sure that their guests have everything they need, quickly!

The only downside to this facility is a lack of sound isolation between floors. When elephants are walking above you, it can gt on your nerves. Perhaps guests should be asked at check in to make every effort to walk softly and not let the heavy room doors close hard.

Honestly, nothing I can think of!

I like how the rooms are arranged with one bedroom to each side of the apt, in the 2 bedroom units. It's nice to have dishes and pots and pans to cook with when you don't feel like going out. The balcony was nice to have this time.

I would add a sheet pan to the supplies in the Apts. with full stoves in case someone would like to do a pizza. We did find some debrie behind the couch on the floor this time around.

Hazel did a excellent job of getting me checked in and making sure that my room was ready for my stay. The room was clean and I was very happy that it was to my satisfaction. I would recommend WaterWalk to anyone looking for a excellent place to stay.

The 1 bedroom suite that I stayed in was very noisy and I was not to happy about that.

The room design and amenities are very thought out and make you feel right at home and better. You get from little things like a complimentary cleaning supplies to larger scale amenities like a whole washer. I would not stay anywhere else!

The room is exceptional, but that’s where it ends put simply

This property is EXCEPTIONAL! I was here for 4 nights and everyone was first rate! The rooms were immaculate, lots of TV channels, it’s quiet, EVERYTHING you need is in the living space, the beds are comfortable, plenty of room and restaurants are nearby. The gym is simple but enough for a short stay. I arrived late in the evening so I just ordered groceries for delivery and they were there by 8:00am the next morning.

There was nothing about this property to complain about.

Room was great, comfy bed, laundry in room was nice and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. Also the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

The satellite TV box in the living area was not working when we arrived and there was damage to an interior door. The TV issue wasn't a big deal as there was another TV in the bedroom that worked.

I dislike that I had connections issues with the properties WiFi, causing me to travel into the office to work. Management and staff tried all that they could to assist me. I am appreciative of them going out of their way to assist me. It’s also time to replace the furniture in the unit.
