The young man at the front desk was a lifesaver! There was an issue with the booking. Something to do with the lack of a space between the middle initial and last name in the software between Booking.com and the hotel. Anyway the hotel simply could not find the reservation and was going to charge full walk in price but this young man dug in deep and investigated when other front desk personnel were not so interested in helping. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am so sorry not to get your name. Your perseverance is admirable.

The other front desk personnel and the manager not so interesting in getting the problem resolved. AND the fact that there was an issue with our booking. At this time we don't know if that issue is due to Booking.com software or the hotel software. Regardless...the situation was investigated by the young man at the front desk. Ask him to ensure the glitch is corrected in the next version.

good breakfast=nice big clean rooms. great shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner included!

Loved the outdoor patio but would be nice if there was more shade. Our room was next to the interstate so that was pretty noisy. When we stay again we will pick a room on the other side.

nice and peaceful, pretty and love the design of the rooms for the price definitely worth it .

the housekeeper, she made an issue with my kids when I left the hotel to go get food for us. the house keep tried to enter the room and move about as if my kids weren’t in there and then got rude and smart when she wasn’t allowed in and after my kids told her she isn’t to enter the room until check out. the house keeper preceded to tell the hotel manger that she smelled marijuana which was a high lie. my oldest is 16 she is scared of drugs including anesthesiology. she caused and commotion and lied and I didn’t appreciate that. the hotel manager basically sue they go based off the housekeeper reports keep in mind we didn’t have one complaint the previous 24-30 hours. outside of that I enjoyed the place and plan on returning but maybe a different location

Breakfast was great! My grandkids loved it! I especially loved the spinach quiche I had during our previous stay! Coffee was good and the sandwiches were very good. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness.

The swimming pool had a ring around it…needs a scrubbing. Other than that, I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the common areas, bathrooms, eating area and bedrooms. That is all that I can say that was negative.

The door closer needs adjusting. It let the door bang really loudly if you did not remember to catch it. I'm sure the people around me did not appreciate it. I did not feel the security lock was working properly. It did not seem to turn far enough to engage the lock. I report all this to the front desk when I checked out.

location was convenient and the room was very clean. bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was horrible ... watery eggs and sausage and waffles, I expected so much more .

Breakfast was very lack luster and bland. could have used some biscuits and gravy, bacon or hashbrowns

Amenities were great. stay was very good. I would like to give a 5 star to Amber In your new lounge area. Very personable, polite and professional. Very nice lounge area. Made the stay very nice while being away from my family.

Breakfast was not very good. The dry goods were A+ but the cooked foods, eggs and sausage were not really up to par specifically the sausage. Caused an "issue" that I have rarely have happen. If it were me I would find a vendor with a better quality sausage if you are offering that particular item normally.

Location was near the interstate but interstate traffic doesn’t bother me. Seemed fairly quiet. Very comfortable. I did not try breakfast.

I did have a problem with the bathroom linens. They seem to be laundered with a soap that leaves an herbal scent and I found it irritated my eyes when I used the washcloths.

Very clean and comfortable. Fitness center was also clean and equipment worked well. Receptionist gave great advice for dinner. Great location for work and restaurants. I'll be back every month!

With a college student in Olathe and frequent flights to the east coast, we stay here often. Shannon, Dennis and the rest of the staff took great care of us and were extremely accommodating! we will continue to make this our hotel of choice.
