Main lobby is renovated and looks great.

My room 306 did not have shower gels loaded and the toilet water line ran about a foot over to the toilet and didn’t look like the quality of work you would see from a Marriott. The elevator first doors to open didn’t recognize floor three when you tried to press the button. You have to open press any other floor and let the door close and then let the second elevator open so you can ride to third floor.

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room and facility was cleaner than other Courtyards. The Pure Room was worth the extra $10. The AC fan did make a noise ….minor detail though. The location of this Courtyard for restaurants is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised about all aspects of the stay. The Courtyard’s restaurant had a very limited menu item but totally understandable with COVID. Might make guests aware of this at check in since we’d plan to eat on sight but then found the traditional items were not currently available. Otherwise, great venue.

Noise from AC in the room. Maybe have a smoking area in the courtyard as opposed to allowing anyone to smoke anywhere out there.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful and could answer any questioned i asked. The rooms were extremely clean and was comforting and had instructions on how to work everything.

Corey who checked us in was very kind, helpful. It was my birthday girls weekend and he gave us free breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture. We had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms were together as requested. We all agreed that we would come back to this hotel next time. Big thank you to Corey. He is an asset to your hotel.

We were there for 7 nights and rooms were cleaned once by them coming around and once because we called to ask them to clean our room after we had been there 4 days already.

-The staff was very friendly. -They had a “grab and go” breakfast, but it actually had pretty good options. -They have nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the rooms. Overall a great stay, a good price and a good location!

My only complaint is that room service never came and made our bed or gave us new towels so we had to call and ask for towels. I’m assuming it’s part of the Covid guidelines or something like that.

Everything and plenty of food, the waitress and cook was the best. Hope they are still there on my next visit with family 🤗🤗🤗🥰

The room was very nice and comfortable! The bed was so soft and gave us a good night's sleep! We appreciated the cleanliness of everything in our room. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

There were young people yelling and running in the hallway at night as we were trying to sleep. We were told they were staying there for a basketball tournament and a soccer tournament. Maybe that could be addressed with teams when checking in at the front desk about quiet hours. The other thing was there was confusion among the staff as to what time breakfast started. We were told 6:30AM at the front desk, but when I went down there the person setting up said it didn't start until 7:00AM. Hopefully, that will get worked out.

Every thing was perfect. We did have extreamly bad neighbors the frist night due to people getting stimulus checks and partying for 3 days straight. Police handled the situation and our night was compensated with a free stay per hotel managment. That is not something usual here. The hotel workers are extreamly nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and have excellent hair products. The lobby is warm and inviting. The pool and hot tub area were clean. We enjoyed our extended stay . We enjoyed Overland Park Kansas as well as the downtown area. We would highly recommend visiting. Also the parking is convenient and safe. Happy Easter !
