Location of hotel was close to eating places, shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh made pancakes, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, something Chinese with Chopsticks. Room was big and inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Everything in bathroom including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion by Dove. Blow dryer. Iron and ironing board. Front desk even loaned us a fan, we forgot ours at home. Bottles of water provided all day. Fresh cookies provided in afternoon. Love staying here.

It was very clean. Friendly staff. Bottled hand sanitizer and to go wipes by elevators which was great. Free water! Cookies in the evening! Great shower.

More seating in order to eat although there were 2 colleges staying there for a track meet. Wish the room doors wouldn't slam shut. They were very loud and I could hear them after I went to bed. Otherwise it was a great stay.

very clean and updated. not old and outdated. pool was clean. bathroom/shower very clean.

the only thing I have to say negative, and it’s really not that bad, just a personal preference. the water pressure in the shower was not very powerful. it was tolerable, just not what I am used to. not a negative remark in any way.

miss Martin. The manager she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway that she can. She’s so pleasant. She always comes up and talks to you and wants to make sure that you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I will definitely be going back because of her. She is an exceptional individual.

Staff was friendly, and professional at all times. COVID precautions were constantly in place and easy to excess. Breakfast was hot , coffee always fresh, very, very clean. Food staff very polite and helpful. The Maintenance Man, even helped me with a door, he noticed that the lock wwas showing red, and replaced it within 5 minutes. Very quick. The inside and outside, all the glass, floors, walkways, very clean. I am 72 yo woman, that has problems walking, so I notice clean floors. Also, I was traveling alone, and always felt safe, and important. Of the 12 different Holiday Inn Express s I have stayed in, this one in Danville, is the best. I stayed for 6 nights.

The hotel was spotless! It was obvious that cleanliness is important to this company -- well done! Brittany works at the breakfast, not only was she friendly and knowledgeable but she kept the food area clean and well stocked. We also got great tips from her about local places to visit and the historical attractions nearby, she really made our stay enjoyable. So, tell Brittany we will be back!

We missed having a safe in the room.

Impeccably clean room and general areas. Excellent breakfast provided and good internet in all inclusive pricing. Very helpful, pleasant staff.

Room wasn't quite ready by 3:00 pm check-in, but was remedied within a few short minutes.

The facility was clean! From the lobby to our room, it was nice to see a hotel taking pride in their cleanliness. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and they provided safety measures (hand sanitizer, food grade gloves, and masks) for the buffet. We were very impressed.
