Bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

The woman at the desk was impersonal, reclined in her desk chair and used her speaker phone to loudly broadcast business for some time. That's completely unprofessional and annoying, to wait for this loud two-way conversation to end, while waiting to check in. Did I say annoying and unprofessional? Normal, loud A/C Breakfast was the normal fare served in these places. Orange colored water... for orange juice. Somebody wasn't on their game.

Clean modern finishes. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The gravy eggs biscuits were all hot! The breakfast selection was large. The desk clerk turned on the lights in the pool area so we could go for a swim. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We slept peacefully on the beds. I didn't hear any noise outside of my room. For a fee. The hotel accommodated my dog too. The front desk held a package for friend to pick up later which was successfully retrieved.

I can't think of one thing I didn't like at this hotel.

Location is a halfway point in our trip. Pice is reasonable through Bookig.com. It is clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, great free breakfast choices and good tasting. Indoor Pool is very nice. It has been our place to stay for last 5 years. I highly recommend this establishment.

Bathroom sink had a cracked in the bowl.

Property location was great-near many stores and restaurants. Clean, but some stains. Nice towels.

The refrigerator- cool and no way to adjust temperature. No freezer compartment so you could not refreeze ice packs. Same old breakfast items. Coffee very weak, like drinking warm water.

bathroom was not kept up. cieling was peeling above the shower, dark stains all over the shower and hard water marks all around the wall and floors outside of the shower. no hand soap in the bathrooms and they were out of conditioner when we asked for an extra.

Housekeeping is on top their game. They did a great job touching up our room when we were out. Breakfast was good! They kept everything well stocked up. The pool and hot tub were good too! Very clean.

What not to like? Great facility.

We enjoyed it very much it was my first time ever staying we if we ever need another room we will definitely come back to y'all The room was wonderful everybody was wonderful

Loved everything except the bed..

The bed.. y'all need new ones this one broke my back even more.. the pillows are feathers so u flatten when u lay your head on them then wake up with a stiff neck., Very not comfortable. Especially if you have back issues like I do..

The location was good and room was clean.

It didn't have a shower caddy or anywhere to put your soap or shampoo, other than on the toilet, and then you would get water on the floor. The toilet you had to hold the handle down to flush.

The room was very spacious

We booked this hotel because we wanted the hot tub. When we arrived, there was a sign that the hot tub was out of order. When searching for a hotel for this trip, the only filter we added was to find a facility with a hot tub. It would have been nice if we knew that it was out of order. Luckily, the room had a large bath tub jacuzzi, so we weren't completely disappointed.
