I had a river view room. it was fantastic!

along the river that night was a festival. Unfortunately, you could hear the band very clearly in the rooms. The Music concluded around midnight. I really needed to go to bed early that night. Maybe the staff should mention a festival and the noise may carry into the room. If available, give the customer the opportunity to switch rooms.

The location was beautiful. even the buildings around the hotel. We booked a river view room so our view was beautiful. Room had very nice furniture and a big tv, probably 65 inches or more. Water in room (faucet/shower) got hot very fast. Had a nice mini fridge.

There were some minor problems. one of the lobby elevators were closed and the wait time for it was really long. Like 5 minutes at times. The thermostat in our rooms would not stay on, room kept getting hot so I would turn it as low as it would go and turn the fan on high, it would blow cold air for maybe 10 minutes and then turn off. Shower was a bit small. Vents had visible dust.

Our entire stay from arrival to departure was fantastic. The valet was there to greet us upon arrival and directed us where to go. The desk staff were kind and friendly and got us checked in very quickly. Our room was spacious and clean and extremely quiet. There was a singing competition and groups staying in the hotel and the bar and restaurant area were very lively on Friday night but it was never loud in our room or an unsuitable environment for our young children. Many of the staff stopped to talk to our children and make them feel welcome throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel.

The shower head in our room didn’t work properly and water pressure was a bit too strong for our children. The restaurant was a little confusing as it is in the middle of the lobby and we had to hunt down someone to tell us what to do.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate downstairs at Mash & Oak twice - the food was yummy and the staff was again very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and I loved the view of the river!

Mash & Oak could use a sign somewhere that says they close at 10:00. We had to ask at the bar and several people came and asked while we were seated. Also, our room (1205) didn't have any hooks or bars to hang bath towels on so we were draping them over things and using door handles. Other than those two things, everything was perfect!

Facility was very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Close proximity to Labor Day fireworks we came to see. Beautiful hotel and amazing view of Ohio River & downtown Cincinnati from room.

Having two take two elevators to get to lobby & then a 3rd to get to room. Also only having one working elevator from parking drop off/hotel entrance to lobby. Not hotels fault as things breakdown just made tough with so many people staying there for Labor Day fireworks.

Asked about and received without issue an early check in time. Front desk was extremely helpful. Great view of the river and stadiums on the other side.

There were some elevator issues. The street level to lobby seemed to take quite a while. Also one of the main elevators went down which wasn't a huge concern just had to walk a little more. I could probably use the exercise so I'm not worried too much about it

Hotel was very clean. ALL staff; front desk, housekeeping, and valet were all approachable, kind, and helpful. Comfortable bed. Amazing views. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, sporting events and museums. Beautiful cities. (Covington and Cincinnati)

The breakfasts was real good.

Having to listen to a messed up toilet running all night and had to wait unit maintenance to come in and fix it. Kept me up all night.

I didn't care for the parking situation. I was paying to stay at a a property and then I still had to pay to park. That doesn't make much sense to me and if there was parking for people staying then your workers downstairs need to inform guest of that.

The front staff lady that was there when we checked in was so nice and informational.

No transportation to Cincy and we got stranded in Cincy from no drivers with anyone after the Bengal game. We were scared and couldn’t get a ride. finally after being froze for 2 hours got a ride. shuttle service for your guests would be very nice.
