Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

1st upon arrival the Guest Services person Deidre was kind & gracious greeting us. Then she began to check us in and noticed we were 5 flrs apart. & I had a handicap accessible rm. which I preferred. Being so far apart in flrs was not going to work (flr 6 & flr 11). Deidre being the Awesome GS person she made the change for us to all be on flr 11 & I had that wonderful shower handicap accessible!! We were so elated with happiness!! Go, Go Deidre!!

A little chaotic in the arrival canopy area & getting a bellman with cart available because guest took carts up, but wouldn't bring them back timely. Might need to have a bellman runner scour the flr. to bring carts back.

service was good all aspects.

we had (2) rooms they put 1 room on the 11th floor and the other on 18, said they couldnt change it very strange. went to our room and was very upset, our view was looking at a ally full of Construction. went back downstairs gave us a great view of Stadium. was perfect as we were going to Bengals game next day. We flew in from Florida for the Game.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times during our visits to Cincinnati, and it has always been a delightful experience. Its ideal location within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati makes it the perfect choice for us. Each year, we make it a tradition to visit the city during Memorial Day weekend, and this hotel has become our go-to accommodation. One aspect that stands out above all else is the exceptional staff. They have always greeted us with warm smiles and gone out of their way to ensure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, their friendly and professional demeanor has left an impression on us. The rooms at this hotel have never disappointed us. They are quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Moreover, cleanliness is clearly a top priority for the hotel. We have consistently found our rooms well-maintained, giving us a sense of reassurance and comfort during our stay. In addition to the excellent service and accommodations, this hotel offers some great amenities. The presence of a gym and pool adds an extra layer of convenience and relaxation to our visit. Whether we want to squeeze in a workout or unwind by the pool, we appreciate having these facilities readily available. Overall, we can confidently say that we have no complaints about this hotel. It has consistently met and exceeded our expectations. The prime location, friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms, and the presence of a gym and pool make it a perfect choice for us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cincinnati, particularly during Memorial Day weekend. It has become our home away from home, and we look forward to returning.

The location was ideal, steps away from the convention center. the valet parking was so convenient and the attendants were helpful and efficient. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all so kind. I loved the 24/7 market, it was really convenient and the coffee was really good. The rooms were large, the rooms were soundproof, and beds were very comfortable. I’ve never slept so well in a hotel. I will definitely be returning next year for the conference.

Initially my keycard didn’t work for the elevator but it was easily remedied. I also wish breakfast was included for the price.

Location is great downtown. Parking garage across the street for easy access. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Check-in had a very long line but the staff worked through it very quickly and efficiently.

We booked a King room but when we got to our room it was a double bed instead. Would have preferred the King but too much trouble to have it switched with the lines of people checking in at that time. I am sure the hotel figured we wouldn't complain especially with the long line at check in. Of course we didn't complain and here we are.

There are so many amazing things!! The hotel it’s selfish is absolutely beautiful and beyond clean. The staff from Valet to Check in to Restaurant was the best. I come from a small town with a lot of hospitality and they blew us under the water. I will recommend this stay to anyone and will be happy to book my next trip with them :)

The restaurant staff was amazing and polite and just everything you could ask for. However. I come from a small town so we are used to places like Applebees and this was not it. I’m not degrading it by any means just wasn’t the kind of food we are used too

Great central location, super easy check in. Room was spacious. Good fitness center.

lack of tea kettle or microwave. coffee pods and single shot machine provided, but if you run water through it for tea - its just tastes like weak coffee! but was able to get hot water in my thermos when I went downstairs. only decaf coffee provided - seems unusual. but we enjoyed good coffee downstairs :)

My friend and I were there for Pink concert and they went all out. They had strawberry bourbon and non-alcoholic drinks in honor of Pink. Super nice staff and very clean.

The only downfall is the parking. Either pay valet parking or park across the street. But considering it was downtown Cincinnati with little room, there’s not much they can do.

My view would have been spectacular if not for the construction site across the street. The bed was amazing, super comfortable. I felt safe outdoors all around the hotel. We walked several blocks that night and again that morning. I had to pay for use of the parking garage and feel that should have been included. The indoor pool was freezing, should be heated.

No hot tub and the pool was freezing. I would expect and indoor pool to be heated. I had to pay additional for parking

We loved the location and the pool, very easy check in and super friendly staff.

The food at the restaurant was expensive for the tiny portions we were served and it was a little cold. The market closed at 8pm on a Saturday after everyone was leaving the pool and wanting snacks and drinks to settle in with, that just didn’t seem like a good decision. There were a lot of people looking for quick options at that same time. We ended up having to shipt an order and wait almost and hour for delivery.
