Hilton Cincinnati Airport

The shuttle from the airport to hotel was ontime. The room was clean and modern. It was much larger than I had anticipated, too! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Even though we arrived very late to the hotel, the staff was very welcoming. Had a great nights rest!

The bathroom was small. The toilet need a little help with the handle to properly flush and the bathroom door barely closed with the toilet in the middle of the room. The hotel charged my credit card $15 more than what was promised by Booking.com. Hopefully I will be receiving a credit soon.

It's clean. It's convenient. It's centrally-located for easy interstate access, plenty of food options, and medical care just across the street. All in all, it's going to be difficult to find a better option.

As good as the in-house restaurant is, the prices hit even harder than expected. The good news is that the menu is small but diverse, the meals are prepared fresh, and the bar is stocked to allow the numbing of nerves before the bill is presented.

I had to pay for breakfast it was good but pricey.

The front desk clerk didn't seem to know how to run my debit card for payment and made it seem like I wasn't financial able to pay for my room was uninviting to say the least as if that weren't enough the fact that a staff member come knocking on my door 2 hours prayer to check out time asking me for a direct time that I'd be checking out was a little rude last but not least the pool area was to cold for it to be indoor.

Front desk was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was spacious and clean and the bed quite comfortable. The hotel offers extended parking and 24-hour airport shuttle - a must for this most recent trip. I stayed overnight at the Hilton because I had a very early flight the next day. Everything went smoothly with no hassles or worries about missing my flight. Would do this again!

No complaints or suggestions for improvement. Everything was excellent.

Flew in late to Cincinnati Airport, had a bit of trouble finding the pick up spot at the airport, no fault of the hotel. Called the hotel they gave us great directions, and sent a shuttle to pick us up. Really nice staff particularly when it was late at nite. I'd stay here again.

Facility was very nice and plenty of amenities including bar, pool & fitness center. Very spacious rooms & very nice comfortable beds. Everything was very clean & well kept.

Only thing would be that in room refrigerator didn't seem to cool my soft drink very much. But no big deal in grand scheme of things.

The bed an pillows were soft and wonderful. The size of the room was exceptionally great.

That the rates don't include breakfast. The bathrooms could be larger for sure. The handicapped parking was all blocked off by cones for no apparent reason both upon check-in and out.

When we arrived, the hotel did not have our Booking.com reservation. Charmaine was awesome, and ultimately decided that we should call Booking.com to prevent us betting penalized as a "no show" if she made a new reservation. Everything got straightened out, and we were given a quiet room on the top floor. She also gave us a better way to get back to the hotel after returning our rental car to the airport that afternoon. It was a beautiful room, and the pillows were really comfortable. They offer 24 hour shuttle service to the Cincinnati airport. Awesome!

There is only one outlet in the bathroom, and it is not right next to the sink/countertop area. Need to add more. Would be nice to include a microwave in the room.

The pool was chilly but clean with lots of towels. The room was clean and spacious. Quiet and very spacious lobby. There was a bar and restaurant though I didn't use those. The gym was spacious and nice.

The bathroom was tiny. Tub/shower didn't drain well. All tolerable things however. Would happily stay again.

It was clean and absolutely comfortable, like being home.

The lady at check in was amazing. Booking.com went through on my phone and had given me the confirmation number, along with the price etc. However, the reservation did not show up on Hilton's end, so they took the price and confirmation information and made sure we had a room that matched. I was truly grateful. Thank you Hilton.
