The Hampton was wonderful. Staff very friendly. They had a machine that was a scented atmosphere so it didn’t smell like a hotel. Very inviting. Bfast was great. Waffles had choice of chocolate chips or syrup. Very appreciated. Close to restaurants and main roads yet quiet. Room was clean.

The rooms were a nice size, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was a great selection, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet had a really slow drain and actually overflowed a little when there was little material being flushed down. Also, there was a long hair in the bed and nobody in my room had long hair.

The location is within walking distance of a variety of stores and restaurants❣️ The staff was very accommodating and friendly❣️ The continental breakfast was great❣️

The cost for 4 nights was “pricey“…

Breakfast was better than usual fare offered. Kitchen ladies were very pleasant. Check-in staff seemed bored and lacked enthusiasm. Offered nothing more than absolutely necessary.

Upon arriving, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. I really like an outdoor pool when the weather is hot like it was during our stay. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was a little bit disappointing, but other than that everything was great.

It was clean, friendly, great location and reasonably priced

The beds are awful, they are very hard and the beds sound like your sleeping on a wooden box when you moved or shifted your weight. Also being by the elevator was not a great room you heard it all day and night going up and down.

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food and drink. Friendly staff.

I traveled there with a rental truck full of furniture to support my sister’s move to Frankfort. During my first night at Hampton Inn someone cut the lock and broke into the back of the rental truck. Upon investigation nothing appeared to be missing. I reported this to the front desk. I later learned that other vehicles were also broken in. I think four in total.

The breakfast was very good. Prompt, hot and the ladies were very congenial and efficient. The front desk personnel were the best we have seen in a long while!

Would like to have had access to a hot tub or whirlpool.

easy to find. near plenty of restaurants & shopping. we visited Buffalo Trace distillery which was close by.

the toilet in our room was not comfort height.

This hotel was very conviently located. There is a big boy and a walmart right near by. We also liked they served a hot breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The hotel had extra masks available and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel. the staff were very friendly and we would surly stay again. There is nothing negative about this hotel.
