The staff was great, the breakfast area was spotless, room was clean but a little dated. Location was very good

We were going to take a shower Saturday night and had no hot water, called the nightclerk and was told the hot water tank was probably empty. So I let it go and waited on a follow up call which we didn't get. Sunday morning we had hot water about 8:00am. When I was checking out we found that they had been updating part of the hot water system. The night clerk didn't have a clue.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was really good and the bed was very comfortable. Had usb charging available.

Had to rekey room keys 3 times. Would like to have info on how to change tv input to find the channels available. It kept resetting itself to analog when turned off.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but what is the most outstanding is their service. Booking.com took my money but didn't pay Holiday Inn. The manager at the HI handled everything and got us into a room despite the screw up on booking.com's end. This is a very well run hotel.

Breakfast had lots of choices from hot eggs, sausages, to cold yogurt, fruit and cereal. The whole place was exceptionally clean and smelled great. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

TV system/remote were seriously difficult to figure out. Wish there was a pool/hot tub.

I did not go to breakfast but my husband did and said there was a nice variety, much better than a continental breakfast Very convenient location, close to our 3 destinations, and a White Castle

The Breakfast in the morning was ALWAYS HOT and fresh!

My room was slightly wet feeling and the bathroom vent did not work to get out the shower moisture.

TV didn’t work. I had one staff member come up and he unplugged or rebooted the TV after he left. We got some stations, but it still was not working correctly.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel does not offer early check-in. I arrived in town earlier then expected and it was before 3:00 pm.

Comfortable beds, variety of breakfast options, and the place was clean

The air freshener used in the lobby, hallways, and hotel rooms was really strong and bothered my allergies

Cleaning staff seems like the people who cleaned the room were in a hurry. Mist several things that needed cleaned, Tables and drawer tops were half done.
