The room itself was comfy and clean. The coffee int he room was good. The staff at check in wee friendly and fast. I appreciated the pool and the fitness areas.

The diverter on the shower wasn't working properly, and the water was super-hot, but I made do as I truly was to exhausted to deal with it when i got there. I left extremely early, so I didn't see any one when I left and called management after my very long ride home to let them know.

Check in was super fast! We arrived late and we were exhausted! Staff had us checked in and ready to get to our room when we arrived! Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet and clean! Great location near 127 as we were traveling through for the longest yard sale!

It was a little pricey considering we had a much larger suite in Columbus at the Sheraton for quite a bit less! But all in all we would likely book again if in the area!

Check-in and checkout were both smooth and friendly. Good interactions with pleasant staff every time we needed assistance or information. Varied and tasty selection of breakfast options. Comfortable bed and clean, well-sized room.

Although the bathroom was clean and well-sized with plenty of clean towels, there weren't enough places to hang bath towels and hand towels. Fruit options were limited during breakfast (just bananas and some kind of citrus).

The hotel was clean, room was big, pillows and bed were nice but not comfortable to me personally, a matter of preference. Breakfast was adequate and better than some. Loved having a kuerig in.the room. Location was perfect.

Man at the desk upon arrival was very curt and recited his speel so fast I could barely keep up, on check.out he was more pleasant but he should be pleasant all the time. It was nice to have hot breakfast but the man putting out the food had his radio blasting over the TV.

We stayed here during our trip to Buffalo Trace. The room was clean and the location was nice, near restaurants and only a short drive to the distillery. We walked across the parking lot to eat at longhorn steakhouse.

The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was nice.

The room felt a little dirty, there was no sign of bugs but there was dirt, the price seemed high for what you got.

The hotel was affordable and clean.

Our reservation didn't make it to the hotel before we arrived. We didn't arrive until 10 PM and was told we didn't have a reservation. It was finally worked out but it took almost an hour.

The location was excellent, the bed was real comfortable the room was huge, it had a living area and a desk area. You could of parked 2 cars in the wasted space.

The carpet by the bed had 3 iron burn marks in the carpet and on your 32' walk to the bathroom you walked over the carpet burn with your bare feet

The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and we were in a good location.

The room wasn't cooling the greatest the first night but after telling the front desk they got it going better.

location was awesome! walking distance to so many restaurants and not a bad drive to the distilleries. breakfast was also a great spread.
