Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville Downtown

Desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and rooms were cozy and clean.

Had two employees try to enter our room the morning before we checked out. One man wearing a polo and holding a clipboard. Another man appeared to be cleaning staff. Seemed very odd they tried to enter our room, and kept trying to open the door even after several failed attempts. Thankfully we locked our room which prevented them from entering while we were getting dressed, but it was definitely concerning having people attempt to enter and continuing to attempt to enter until we approached them and made our presence known.

Parking in the deck:: kinda pricey (your're already paying enough for a room,, why pay to park)?! A tad confusing coming in from parking deck into the other hotel that it's attached to (name escapes me) Breakfast selection...fair (coffee cups too small and not located with the food) We were in a room, a nice room but,,,the bed was WAY TO CLOSE to the wall and air conditioning unit. Hard to move in and out of bed if your're sleeping on the left side, a And the shower...you need to install slip/grip strips in the shower...very slick and a fall hazzard!

Clean, very well located within walking distance to. MANY of the sights: the Louisville Slugger Museum, the Mohammed Ali Museum, numerous distilleries and many restaurants. Also had free covered parking

Though working hard, the gals preparing breakfast had trouble keeping up with stocking sausage, or potatoes, and supplies of paper plates and bowls

I liked the availability of parking. Breakfast was decent. The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly. I liked the location of the hotel. We were able to walk to multiple outings. I liked the price.

I wish I could have opened the window in the room. The room was stuffy and could have really used it. I I didn't like having to pay for parking. I didn't like the texture of the eggs.

I didn’t like the fact that I asked to get my room cleaned from the maid and she told me know went downstairs to tell front desk they said they would have it cleaned by the time I got back to the room . I put my towels and sheets on the floor by the door . when I returned that evening my room look the same way . I was very disappointed and know one did anything about it . I was told three times my room would be room but it wasn’t .

My son had an appointment at Norton’s Children’s. This property was so close to the hospital it was easy to wake up the next morning and get to his appointment. Exceptional staff! The receptionist was super nice and gave us information about the hospital. Breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of room to enjoy it in the breakfast area.

The staff was exceptional. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Attached parking was a big plus, and cheaper than we expected.

We had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. The 2nd room had no hair dryer, and we were charged more for that room.

Ample breakfast, fast and helpful service from the staff, great location - close to any downtown activity you may be interested in.

If arriving by car, factor in an additional $19 per day to your overall price to park you car in the adjacent deck. Read the fine print, its there, but who always reads the fine print?

Super clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Amazing hot breakfast with lots of choices. Pool was open! Any request we had was accommodated with a smile. Definitely recommend. The Fairfield lobby and entrance close overnight so you have to use the adjacent Spring Hill lobby to enter.

Location was amazing staff was too...place smelled fresh and clean

I booked a room and the front desk guy told me it was under construction and he would move me to Springhill side and no extra charge and cancel the room i booked...well next day I looked at my bank account and I had 2 pending charges one for room I booked and one they moved me to..so lady at front desk cancel it and told me it would take 7 to 10 business days to get it back in my account...
