The pool was fun. When it hit dark the pool would be lit up and was very fun for the kids. They did have snacks, drinks and care needs right in the lobby that could be purchased. Staff were very friendly. It was so convenient to anything and everything we wanted to do.

One of my complaints is the breakfast. We were there for 6 days and the breakfast was the same every single day. They didn’t even change out cereals. It would be refilled with the same cereal. There was always eggs and sausage which was not very good. And biscuits and gravy which we also did not feel was good. The kids would only eat cereal which they got tired of and I personally just ate a yogurt. Then we ended up still spending money to get breakfast elsewhere. Also, when we needed front desk staff there was multiple times we would stand at the desk for a good 10-15 minutes waiting on someone.

Our expectations for this lodging were absolutely blown-away. It started with booking the room itself. Comparable locations wanted anywhere between $150 - $250 per night, but Wingfield was able to offer our stay for under $100! It continued with our phone call after online booking to ensure Wingfield had received our reservation. They had, and in the course of discussing our stay, the manager Drew learned that one of our party was handicapped with limited mobility. While he admitted they could not offer any House wheelchairs, the first thing he did was offer for move our room to the closest available location to the entrance. As it happened, this location turned out to be a King room, which was an upgrade from the Queen we booked, and he added that this would give our family member a little more space to move around as well. Despite the fact that this was an upgrade, Drew still made the changes in our reservation WITHOUT any additional charges, and he was a fun person to talk to anyway. When we got there, we were met by his associate Abhi, who greeted us with the royal treatment as well. We felt so lucky to have found this location. Upon entering the room, we found it was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities intact - including a refrigerator with icebox. You don't get that everywhere, even places that charge more. Big screen TV, plenty of pillows, and a calm modern design aesthetic. The bathroom was large and well designed for a person with limited mobility as well, complete with a metal bar properly placed to help him stand. The restroom came with Shampoo, Conditioner, and even Body Lotion, as well as a bar of soap. I would advise that anyone coming who wants to use body was should bring their own, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste. But every hotel will make decisions about which amenities to offer, and we were perfectly happy with what Wingfield determined to be needed for their guests.

This is a family-run establishment, which is something we do like. It showed in their customer service and their interest in maintaining a strong reputation. That being said, I understood from management that upgrades are still being done to the building as a whole, and one of those items on the agenda is for the air conditioning/heating units to get a bit of a renovation. They were a little on the loud side, but honestly we were so comfortable we didn't even notice and it isn't detracting from our 10/10 perfect rating. However, if this is something you think might bother you, it might be a good idea for you to bring some earplugs. There is a Kroger right down the street where we were able to get everything else we needed, and keep our water and snacks for the night nice and cold!

My mom and I loved it here! The staff was super nice. When making the reservation, the Booking app messed and told me the first one wasn’t completed, so I went through the process again. However, the first one actually had gone through. I contacted the property and they said I’d need to contact Booking, which makes sense. I sent Customer Service a message. When I got to the hotel, the same man was at desk. He explained how the whole process works and said he’ll be happy to refund the other reservation if Booking is willing on their side, even though it was technically supposed to be As of today, everyone has agreed to the refund! So, thank you to the staff and to Booking! We loved everything about our stay, so I’m glad that it all worked out. Rooms were clean, breakfast good. Very satisfied.

The manager on duty was so nice when we checked in, the room was clean.

I was frustrated with the booking.com. I searched for a room and clicked on book for tonight. We were on our way to the hotel and the reservation said the next day. Booking gave me a hard time and told me that there would be additional charges for having the wrong date. After arguing with them they called the hotel and got approval for the fee to be the same. I had reserved and called within a few minutes!!! I did not put in a date, it said book for tonight on a big blue button. Sooo frustrating. We needed a room the next night as we were traveling and it did it again. I caught it and changed it. People are tired and driving, I don't care that you are in another country, you are servicing the USA, I will choose a different booking agency in the future so I dont have such frustrations.

Everything was perfect for both nights I was here desk staff was so great and the vibe was amazing

2 and a half hours before check out on the 2nd night I stayed it was extremely loud and woke me up and then housekeeping started beating on the door and yelling. They were vacuuming in the hall and banging the vacuum off my door. Ridiculous

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were soft with nice quality linens and blankets. Shower was sizeable with excellent shower pressure and plentiful towels and amenities. Lots of free parking.

More options at breakfast would nice, especially healthy low carb options. The parking spaces were a little tight for minivans or larger vehicles. Price was a little high for the value provided.

Breakfast was good, but didn’t have enough options and needed to alternate from time to time. It’s the same every day.

There are a lot of drug addicts, and homeless people that hang around that area and even stay at the hotel. It makes you very uncomfortable as a mama of a toddler being there by herself during the day.

Zero complaints about this property. Clean, comfortable, convenient and friendly staff. Good breakfast and the larger than usual TV for a hotel room was a pleasant surprise.

I lied. One complaint, but it isn't the properties fault. It's the same complaint I have everywhere since the legalization/decriminalization of weed and other hemp/THC products. You can't get away from the smell anywhere. It's everywhere, especially in hotels these last couple years.

Was here for a pickleball tournament at Merchant. Drive to the courts was 5 minutes! Hotel was quiet and most things were updated surfaces. Beds seemed new and updated. Breakfast was the standard breakfast with eggs and waffles (which was good)--coffee was in a pump thermos and seemed a little cool. Excellent value for a quick one night stay.

Tub was a little dated and cracked, however the shower head was a new rain-shower. The sink countertop was new, but the toilet seemed older.

I know that hotels don't sanitize or mop the floors. I would appreciate if they would do these two things. We liked our room, our daughter said the bed was uncomfortable but I was comfy, though my husband and I rolled together as that is the way the mattress was. Otherwise, I would stay there again because it was reasonable, the staff was friendly and the location was easy to get to.

I would like a safe and body wash instead of bar soap
