The location is perfect if you are visiting the ark encounter. The hotel was quiet even with an entire Youth group staying next to us. Everyone was friendly that we met. The rooms were cozy, but had everything we needed. The breakfast sandwiches were tasty once I figured out how to properly heat them all the way. the coffee in the office was good. Staff were really friendly to make recommendations for restaurants at the nearby town.

Breakfast was a little confusing. I couldn't figure out where to go the first morning. They are grab and go bags with frozen breakfast sandwiches. The beds were kind of hard, but that is a chance you take when getting a hotel. Could be a con for some: there is NOTHING around other than a gas station, a mexican restaurant, and the Ark. You have to go to the next town north for other options.

Staff was amazing!! They were so friendly and accommodating. I was so pleased of how friendly everyone was thru all 3 shifts. Talked to dayshift, evening shift, and nightshift. All were amazing. Bed was comfortable. Floors were laminate and clean. Bathroom had a tub and toilet in it. Had microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. Very convenient. Had desk and chair in the room with black out shades. Very, very, very convenient to the Ark. We walked across the street to go to the Ark, which we had a great time at!!!!!!!! We will go to the Ark again and will definitely stay here again. Pets are allowed which is a super plus.

There was no sound proofing between walls of different rooms. Your allowed pets and when we came in after being at the Ark all day the dogs next door heard us and then we heard them. We love dogs so it didn't bother us. But to some who don't it has a possibility to bother them.

The room was neat, clean, and tidy, and everything was just as it should have been. I was never disturbed by the staff, everyone was extremely accommodating, and the other guests were peaceable and respectable. Also, it's walking distance to the ark encounter which was extremely useful.

The breakfast was a little lame, but I didn't mind. When it comes down to it, a motel that provides breakfast at all is a perk. I definitely would have preferred something different....however, for the price, it was quite reasonable.

Front desk people were very pleasant, day and night! Our room was exceptionally clean. The room was updated and pleasing to look at. Comfortable beds. I did my pre-unpack inspection for bugs and cleanliness. Room easily passed in every way. Breakfast was a to go sack with a sandwich, Apple and orange juice drink box. Quick and easy. It was a perfect location right across the street from the Ark, and right off the freeway. It looks plain from the outside, but amazing on the inside. Thank you for my pleasant night stay!

Disappointed there was no longer a restaurant on site, but bag breakfast provided promptly at 7am daily was accommodating to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the gas station on site and very happy it was there to utilize. I was very happy with the Angel Soft brand Kleenex tissue and toilet paper. Was unsure of what the quality would be so I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the modern flooring. It was very pretty and clean. The large desk and comfortable office chair was very nice to have and business travelers would be able to work well there. The soft lighting was ideal for me and the bright lighting at sink area would accommodate makeup applications as long as a hand mirror is remembered. The TV reception was great and easy to use while sitting against a pillow on the bed. There was a variety of pillow choices and the bed was inviting.

I needed the ac on while sleeping and it was too noisy. The third night I turned system off and was able to sleep better. I stayed cool enough so it was fine.

The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the Ark was great! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The brown bag breakfast consisted of a juice box, apple, croissant with sausage/egg/cheese, and a blueberry muffin -- it was good, but I wish there would've been some variety.

The bathroom was very small and the vent didn't work.

It was nice for a bag breakfast.

Rm 109 had a space at bottom of door and bugs/ mosquitoes got through. You can see what am talking about when door shut. In winter or cold days might just get cold. May I suggest putting a strip of plastic or metal at the end. Other than that all was great & we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend because of affordable price & kind folks. Thank you.

I was first greeted by the very friendly clerk Kat, who was a joy to speak to while I checked in. The lobby was very nice with rocking chairs to sit in right in the front of the hotel . The pool is clean and beautiful. our room was clean. and we had a balcony view of the Main Street with all the lights and excitement .

The location of this hotel is perfect for all sight seeing like Dollywood the National park or just pigeon forge itself

Breakfast was a bag picked up at the office. But, it was very good. Contained a very good breakfast sandwich, fruit, and something to snack on. If you are going to see the "ARK" it is very close. We would stay here again if visiting the ARK.

Be aware that this is a very old hotel and therefore does not have a modern TV or USB outlets. However it is very well maintained and clean.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Shower was great--good pressure and thick towels. I appreciated the coffee maker and fridge in the room. There were also adequate outlets and a power strip in the room to recharge electronic devices. We were also able to park right in front of our room. Best value hotel for the money. Would stay here again.

Not really the motel's fault, but people were talking right outside our door early in the morning as they were leaving, and it woke all 3 of us up. Perhaps the motel can remind guests that sound travels and to be aware of their voices late at night and early in the morning.
