Staff was very friendly when I phoned and in person. Two at the counter introduced themselves by name and said if we needed anything they’d be happy to help. We requested porta crib and brought it right away. Debbie, the breakfast concierge, was joyful and conversational and breakfast was great! When we first pulled in there were many containers in the premises and wondered if we’d have a negative experience but it was ver positive. Rooms clean and comfy! Areas we saw were pretty and looked great.

Everything great. Maybe in renovating add larger pool space and hot tub?

Breakfast was good I really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable nice and updated!!!we booked six rooms and had no complaints at all the hotel staff was friendly and available for any needs or concerns.

At the end of our stay after I checked out, there was a charge for the room I stayed in when we had already paid. I called and left my name and number however my call was not returned. But the charge fell off so no harm no foul

The lady who took care of the Free Breakfast (Debbie), is worth gold to you folks! She was so uplifting and cheerful every morning. We actually hated to leave and not see her the next morning. But not to worry, we'll be back.

The only negative thing that was a bit irritating was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Every time we showered, the mirrors were dripping and had to be hand dried with a towel.

The front lady was very welcoming and wonderful and the breakfast lady is welcoming and wonderful also.

The only thing I didn’t care for the was the parents letting their kids not follow rules in pool and we couldn’t enjoy our time in there while parents on cell phones while their kids were jumping in pool splashing us in our faces and bucking around.

Location was perfect with plenty of restaurants around and close by to the Ark Encounter. The breakfast was great, everything was clean and the hotel was quiet and cozy.

I have no complaints other than the checkout process was a little confusing with just a jar to drop key cards in but no staff available at the front desk for questions or help.

I made my reservation in March and an Accessible Room was not available. With making a reservation 3 months in advance, you would think this would not be a problem. Being in a power chair, I can “make-do” in a standard room, but it is very inconvenient and sometimes difficult. Especially having enough room to get on and off the toilet. I know several people that could not “make-do” in a standard room and an accessible room is imperative for them. Having to deal with this issue most of the time I travel, there should be some type of verification for travelers who REALLY need an accessible room. Having travelers submit a short video or a stipulation that you have to submit a doctor’s note for a medical necessity when you make a reservation or upon arrival.

The pool was awesome. The day shift front desk employees were VERY friendly and helpful. The lady that puts out the continental breakfast is WONDERFUL. She was so warm and welcoming to everyone. She mentioned how much she loves her job and it showed!

The electronic door lock to the pool area wasn’t working properly, so I had to ask a member of the staff to let us in early in the morning. They said that it was a known issue with the timer. Also in room #212, the door to the restroom didn’t fit the door jam. there was about a 1” gap along the top of the door once it was closed. The girl that checked us in gave accurate directions and times of pool closings and start of breakfast but was not overly friendly like the day shift staff. I tried to call the front desk that evening (2 different times) to find out what time the pool opened (did receive closing time at check-in) but no one answered.

Room was clean and had plenty of room and towels. There was a few hairs in the shower but that happens sometimes. We both woke up achy from the beds and dry throats and noses really bad. Not sure if it was from the heater. Other than a dog barking down the hall everything was good.

Computers were down and a long line waiting to check in. Staff was helpless. Instead of waiting for computers to work promote online check in. I should have used that but enjoy working with staff on arrival. 20 minute check in is bad other than that property, rates, & room were great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, the receptionist Jessica went above and beyond to accommodate a special need that we had. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices and variety every day. As well as super helpful workers in the the breakfast area.

No complaints. Everything was great!
