Convenient location easy access to various parts of Monroe

Mattresses were terrible was like sleeping on the sponge which provided no support quite similar to a feather bed! The bathroom floor was not clean hair from previous occupants on the floor air conditioning grill had so much length and dust and fuzz I'm surprised it could even draw air in. Also disappointing was effective was no bananas no apples no fruit it doesn't require anyone there an individual staying there could just pick one up at least have some fruit the only thing available was coffee.

The room was clean and very comfortable!! Staff was very welcoming. Mr. Killkanye was very friendly and professional!!!

The room had no microwave and there was only 1 chair out on the balcony! I was very disappointed about the microwave. Studio 6 has a whole kitchen for half the price and I don't have to go outside in the cold to smoke - which I didn't mind, but would've liked another chair instead of having to sit in my husband's lap the whole time. But I guess it helped the cold...

I love the customer service. I love the facility. It had the gym, laundry, bar and could purchase food there as well.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have microwave. That I had to go down stairs to warm food up

Being close to Interstate 20, I thought that we would hear some of the traffic. Our room was extremely quiet.

Normally in a Hotel stay I will have some microwave popcorn, this room had a refrigerator, but we saw no microwave.

Great hospitality everyday! Staff was very helpful with restaurants and when I called to make sure the room I reserved had a balcony I was accommodated with no issues! The location of the hotel is AWESOME! Very very close to a mall and plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance to choose from! They made my week of R&R memorable; which is a big plus for an O.T. R. Truck Driver! Definitely will visit again!

The only thing I didn't like was the stand up shower only! Whenever I take off after driving over the road for 3 months and taking a shower every day at a truck stop; I look forward to relaxing in a tub! That was my only dislike, but I didn't allow it to spoil my week!😁

It’s hard to find a nice, quiet, safe place to stay in Ouachita parish. This place has never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Entire staff!

My only complaint with this facility is the pillows. I almost went to the store to buy my own pillow because the hotel doesn’t have comfortable pillows. I recommend having two different options per room (I.e. one firm, one soft-flat).

The entire staff was the friendliest I've seen in a very long time. Everyone always smiled and greeted us from Housekeeping to Lobby staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean upon checking in. The one thing that made the stay so welcoming and the best was the staff! From the receptionists to the women in the cleaning service, all were sooo sweet, funny, and just very kind. Definitely made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
