The property was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and the pool we nice and clean for the kids to use. It is very close to the grocery store and several fast food and sit down restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and the lady and was handling breakfast (I wish I would’ve got her name) allowed my boys to eat breakfast even though we were a little late and she was starting to clean up. I thought it would be too much trouble, but she insisted they eat and she brought breakfast back out for them. She was very sweet and not many people would’ve done that. It’s Very quite and no strange people hanging around.

Short on bath towels

Great choices for breakfast! Very comfortable bed. F4id I'll',idge, Microwave, and coffee pot, spacious, interesting bathroom layout, with a nice hand held shower head in the tub. Easy Water temp control, nice large tub.

It was a handicap room, and the bathroom had some problems, the tub is very slick, it had a small rubber "put in bath" mat but not big enough if it was in the middle I could not reach the faucet on one end or the seat on the other end but I am short. The safety bars are also very slick with no form of grip material or pattern. When wet they are hard too hold onto if you have any soap on your hands foget holding on unless you have your washrag in your hand they will slide right off, and then you can't wash your self, the shower curtain didn't stop the water from getting all over the tile floor, making it very slick to. The rug in the main room needed to be vacuumed better. The toilet seemed loose when you set on it.

Breakfast was great. We stayed here while our Grandson was being born. we enjoyed our stay with no complications. The breakfast was great and the lady that was there taking care of the kitchen area was awesome. The location was perfect and only 5 minutes from St. Frances hospital. Would stay here again.

Loved the ceiling fan but it could use a little cleaning.

The room was very big!!! The first hotel room I have ever stayed at that had a ceiling fan. The room was extremely clean and had everything in the room as advertised when I booked the room. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, very professional, helpful and happy! The breakfast had alot of options and was very good! Will stay at best westerns in the future if they are all like this one.

Only complaint is the water. It was yellow and smelled funny.

They staff was nice and friendly. The lady that works the breakfast bar is very nice and helpful. 2 of the cleaning ladies were nice I didn't catch there name.

The commode is too close to the wall. The bed is a little hard.

Breakfast was average. Glad we had some. Eggs were dry. No bananas to go with cereal. But glad we had some breakfast. I enjoyed the size of the room. I enjoyed the strong shower. I enjoyed the fresh towels. I enjoyed the bottled water.

My room smelled of cologne. The small pillows are not as comfortable as a bigger pillow.

For the price, the room was great! It had a sitting area with a couch. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had a nice tub. The complimentary shampoo, soap, etc were very nice.

Just that the pillows are very small and I wish there was an extra blanket in the closet

Breakfast was very good with sufficient variety. I like that the hotel was close to I-20, good restaurants, and family entertainment. The staff was quite polite

The bathroom was smaller than expected. When you close the door, it gets warm quickly. Door needed a prop to stay open. The bed pillows were not the best.

Ask for a downstairs room but didn't get one. Had a disable adult with me. Shouldn't put all the truckers downstairs. Beds are old and not comfortable.

Very roomy, and all the lights worked. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the water felt clean. I loved the shower/tub as well - it actually had some little built-in shelves for your products. I really liked the love seat and bench in the room, the extra space was very nice to have. The AC worked great too!

I wish someone had mentioned the refundable deposit required for the stay. It was really annoying because I could've had that cash ready on hand, but instead had to put it on my card. There wasn't much light in the bathroom...basically showered in the dark, but I didn't mind it too much. I also wish there were more towels in the bathroom as there were 2 of us and 2 (smaller) bath towels -- I myself use 2 because of my hair. The water pressure in the toilet could stand to be better. Oh, and I don't personally care, but I know some people do -- I did find a spider in the bathroom. Not sure if it was still alive, but it stayed put so it didn't bother me. And of course, as with every other hotel I've ever stayed at, the carpet wasn't the cleanest...
