We had trouble with our keys because they didn't work very well because of the cold. We had to keep going to the office to reload the keys or have them let us in every night.

I didn’t like the idea of having to wait until 3pm to check in. Noon is a more feasible time. Checking in at 3 doesn’t even give you 24 hours in the room.
