Woodspring Suites West Monroe

The staff was very nice, rooms were nice, a little dated but clean. Loved the full size fridge and mini stove. The storage above the sink was nice. Absolutely loved the motion activated lights in the bathroom, especially for in the middle of the night.

We did have to move rooms a day in due to a family with atleast one child being put above us & them using the room as a playground from the sounds of it. We did let the front desk know the night before and they said they would call the room. It stopped for about 5 min. And th4 started again till around 1 am. Thankfully we were able to move, it was a bit of a pain to have to pack everything up but the front desk was very helpful on getting us a 4th floor room.

The location was good and the staff was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was ok.

There are a few things they didn’t have like an iron but we made it work.

There was no breakfast and they different offer any voucher to go eat somewhere else. They had coffee in the lobby one day the next the lobby was closed until 9 am. So wasn't happy about that.

They should of offered breakfast or gave vouchers out and they should of at least offered free coffee at least every morning from 6 to 12 pm everyday. When I first checked In there was a line of people. I thought with 2 employees working at the front desk one of them could of answered the phone while the other one was handling the people checking in. Things would of went better at the check in! And they need to purchase more carts for you to bring your luggage up to your room. I had to make 2 trips to my vehicle with both of my hands full and up the elevator then up to my room.

I noticed that there wasn't a ironing board and only one night stand beside the bed. The glass shower handles needs to be tighten back up . Also I saw scratches on the bottom of my room door 210 as if the door was pried open and the carpet in the hallway was dirty . It wasn't a good look. I didn't have enough wash cloths and had to go back downstairs to get another one.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, newly renovated

Good location, free parking. Friendly staff. We slept really well, the hotel was quiet, even though it was very full. Morning coffee available. The reception was nicely decorated, delighting the vacationers. We were there for the second time and we will come again.

I liked how clean the room was! You can tell they are updating as they can afford to, the room was spacious, the bathroom was big and the bed was pretty comfy! The room included a little kitchen and full size fridge, but no utensils or pots and pans, so bring your own if you want to cook.

I’m only listing some complaints, because as I said, they are updating and maybe my suggestions will help other customers have an even better stay than we did. The room could use some decor, a remote without tape keeping it together, update the tv service, fix broken blinds and add more pillows. Nothing too serious, just some suggestions.

I like the location of the hotel. It’s close to the job and all the restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms and common areas were cleaned well.

Although I bring my own towels, the hotel could offer fresh towels every 3 days if customers are staying for weeks at a time. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The location was perfect. Traffic was not am issue.

I've stayed at this location several times, but this last time was different. I could smell weed smoke in the hallways and some of the other people staying there were loud. I don't know if was the floor or not but my stays on the first floor were always pleasant. This time I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were some sketchy characters up there.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean and our room was very clean too. I love the kitchen in the room. I like the hotel 24 hour security and it is a very quite hotel

Need a wall mirror in the room. you just have the bathroom mirror to work with.
