The women running this property are really nice and personable. Lovely rooftop and upstairs chill out lounge, I spent a rainy morning reading a book up there and it was great to have that space. The breakfast was delicious, although I wish the coffee was stronger ! It’s just a few blocks to Frenchman street and the great live music there. It’s a cute area to walk around and see the small colorful railroad style houses.
It was cold the first night, make sure the heat is on or you have an extra blanket. I would have loved to been able to stay longer - I know NoLa is expensive, but it’s a pricey stay for this school teacher.

The location was fantastic as you were close to Frenchmen Street, and a short walk to the French Quarter. We were upgraded to a suite after there was a mix up with the room type we thought we had booked, making our stay very comfortable. The staff and management were so lovely, and we enjoyed a great light breakfast in the beutiful kitchen the first morning of our stay.
Only a very small detail - there was not a chest of drawers to put clothes away, so we hung up a few items and the rest stayed in the suitcases. A minor inconvenience.

Our stay here was wonderful. The entire place is amazingly decorated and very comfortable. And having access to the hot tub and sauna was a wonderful perk. The bed was very comfortable and the rain-style head on the shower was a nice surprise. A nice continental breakfast was available each morning and Keurig coffee was available throughout the day. The location is just a few blocks from the French Quarter but far enough to be away from the crowds. There are also many great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
There wasn't much we didn't like about our stay. The only thing I'll mention was some street noise coming through the window during the night. Being a ground floor room in a city, you expect some noise but there was yelling just outside the window on and off until around midnight on two nights. They provide earplugs which helped but a noisemaker wouldn't be a bad idea.

The location was fantastic, really close to the french quarter but still in a residential quiet neighborhood, everything is walking distance. The hotel itself is really new, well maintained. At the time of our stay we were the only guests and we could use the common areas as well, like the beautiful kitchen. It was amazing. The hospitality of our host Daphne was out of the charts, she gave us tips, asked us about what type of breakfast we'd like, and let her baker friend bake us the famous Mardy Gras kincake in September, so totally out of season. After just the first few hours she already felt like an old friend to us. Thank you for everything!
The hotel rooms are very small, there is no way to do anything else, but to sleep in the room, it is basically a nice comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom.

Serenity in the Marigny really brought our New Orleans trip up to the next level. We had some very restful nights of sleep due to the comfortable bed and quiet street. Additionally, my time spent in the sauna was so restful, it helped restore my energy before dashing out to explore the city. The bathroom was also very nice: big, clean, beautiful shower and a well designed layout with nice fixtures. Also, everything was spotlessly clean! The location isn't too far from The French Quarter, but I think the true benefit is how close it is to the Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods, which were our favorite neighborhoods in the city. Also, Daphne really went above and beyond as a hostess, making us a delicious, customized breakfast each morning and making sure we had everything we need. She really does aim to please, and is very personable and friendly.
Everything was great!

Beautiful bed and breakfast! Very comfortable room, quiet, clean comfortable bed. The place had a lovely space to hang out and a comfortable breakfast area. The area around the place was space was fantastic, so cute, so walkable. I cannot wait to return and stay here again.
Wish there was more food at breakfast. I was able to eat and feel full, but there could be more options. Otherwise it was amazing! I felt very comfortable.

Breakfast was quite nice. We were specially happy to be able to try local sweets for the mardi gras and fresh fruit. We loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop!
We were somewhat disappointed by the plastic plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast. In our world, vis-a-vis the climate crisis ahead we should make all efforts to discourage the use of disposable plates, forks, etc.

This lovely place is small with only 4 rooms so it was quiet at all hours, located on a quiet street but in a great location. A+ sleep! The rooftop hot-tub lounge is perfect at the end of the day (or the start!) and I had it to myself all weekend.
Breakfast wasn't offered until 9:30, unfortunately my day started earlier than that every day during my stay. The host was accommodating as she could be and wrapped me some king cake and coffee was available but I would have preferred the breakfast :). It does seem very difficult to do breakfast with only 4 rooms so I'm not going to hold it against them.

Daphne is a wonderful host who greeted us at the door to make sure the electronic lock worked, gave us a quick tour to show us where eveything is in the place, and gave recommendations on sites and food. She geniunely took the time to get to know us. Location within easy walking distance of Bourbon Street/French Quarter and even closer to Frenchman Street. To a first time out of towner the neighborhood seems a little dicey, but there were no issues and we were safe the whole trip.
For those who are not out until all hours of the night and want to take advantage of the whole day, the breakfast starts too late at 9:30. Suggest to have some simple grab and go food/coffee for those who venture out between 7:00 and 9:30 AM.

The inn is located in the Marigny district within walking distance of the N. Rampart streetcar line and the French Quarter. The neighborhood has a hip vibe with some wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants tucked in amongst the colorful houses. The decor is amazing! Rooms are soothing colors. Bathroom is ultra modern. Kitchen is to die for. The most unexpected and delightful perk is the rooftop hot tub, sauna (which is equipped with exercise gear), heat lamp, cozy couch and chairs. The connecting spa offers every service you could ever want or need. Daphne is a wonderful host! She eagerly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She also prepared an excellent breakfast for us each day of our stay. I would definitely return to this unique inn!
On street parking can be tricky but we found a spot!
