Friendly, helpful staff with a great attitude had us smiling from check in to check out. Great quiet location with a short walk to just about everything in the french quarter. 24 hour staffing that were attentive and felt like they really do look out for their guests. Made our new Orleans experience wonderful Will be coming back.

Excellent property!!!!! Brittney and Natalie are amazing!!!!!!! Pool perfect!!!! Property is clean. Excellent location in quarter. Walked everywhere. Parking is $45, that didn't make me very happy. Housekeeping the away something's we were saving, nothing important, but still... Don't throw away people's things!!! No refrigerator in room to keep drinks cold... We just used ice in bag then put in shower.. no biggie! Beds and pillows are super comfy!!!! Room was nice and cool.. very refreshing to come in after a day in the heat!!!!

The place was beautiful, clean and honestly felt very safe. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions we were there for like bourbon street and the French quarter, and the staff was sooo nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they have paid parking where they close the gate to the lot at night for the cars. I would definitely book here again when I come back to New Orleans!

It was a little difficult to find due to construction and the number online wasn’t correct. Once they update their phone number on Apple Maps and the app, finding it is a breeze. We didn’t have a fridge in the room but I assume it’s because they just opened a week prior, so it wasn’t a big deal.

The staff was knowledgeable about the attractions around the hotel. The hotel location was good and was only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. It was close to the restaurant where you can try New Orleans features cajun jambalaya and grilled oysters. The staff was flexible to allow me to park after checkout.

The parking is not free and you need to pay $50 for a day. (Counted from noon to noon) The room is a little bit pricey.

The location of this property could not be beat if you wanted to be in the French Quarter, walking distance to everything there. The staff at this property was so friendly and helpful and it was so great to have the gated parking.

There was no restroom in the lobby or ground floor of the property, so if you were hanging out at the pool or arrive a little earlier to check in, there was no restrooms without going up to your room.

The location was convenient to both the French Market and Jackson Square/Bourbon Street area. Room was comfortable. I recommend requesting courtyard view room. The gated parking onsite was also very convenient.

When walking back to room after dark, it was a little sketchy. There were several ghost tour groups walking the city in the area so we were not alone walking back.

I loved the age of the building. It was beautiful!

I didn’t like the fact that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was motion sensor. It would turn off after 10 seconds, literally I counted. It became to steamy and to hot in the shower because of it.

Room was very clean, and the staff were really nice. The location was perfect, close enough to enjoy all the festivities yet far enough away so that you could could relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend.

There was no fridge in the room.

The staff was so helpful I really enjoyed my stay! There's so many options within walking distance to eat and have a really good time! There's a great little coffee shop called envie with really great food, coffee, and drinks right around the corner from the hotel! Also the french market has really great food it's just a few blocks up the road!
