The house is accurately photographed and there are good facilities provided. The location is fantastic, right by Frenchman street and easy access to all the key areas of the French quarter. There were plenty of towels provided and the washing and drying machines were really helpful. A few reviews mention noise from the club next door. This was open when we stayed and although you can hear it, it was not loud enough to bother us at all

The flat does smell a little bit damp but that's to be expected with exposed brick walls. There is a good kitchen but if you did want to actually cook a meal there isn't a particularly wide selection of utensils for it We were unable to get cold water out of the taps.

Amazing location, roomy, everything you need. Good value. Washer and dryer in unit was awesome.

One of the two A/C units smelled awful—like someone peed in it. Was truly a horrifying surprise when we switched it on! But the A/C in the bedroom still worked fine, and thankfully it wasn’t hot enough to need both. There was a strange (extremely loud) electronic buzzing noise that happened intermittently throughout the night—we got used to it, but not for a light sleeper! The electronics on the front door to the building were wonky and the door was often open/unlocked when we got back.

Location , clean, lots of kitchen utensils etc. communication was great and really nice staff that visited with tv issue.

Tv has no aerial and chrome cast is hit and miss. Also international travellers do not have access to most streaming platforms that we use at home. Eg Stan paramount no good in USA. Hard to find the building as not sign posted. Having to upload an app could be difficult for older folks.

This location was superb. It was QUIET, yet right by the action in New Orleans. Across the street from the Jazz Museum and a block from Frenchman street for music. It was clean and stylish. Lots of room to put our suitcases. The BATH was amazing. That’s the way to do it RIGHT. I’m a small person and a large person would be thankful the tub was large and deep. We had an A+ experience I feel like I got my moneys worth. My friend I brought was impressed and wants to book here when he comes again.

Maybe put an extra luggage rack for multiple people (along with the one you already provide)

Location, easy entrance, amenities, bed, that there was a little kitchen that had all the equipment you needed for making a meal etc.

The Noise from all the neighbors, you could literaly understand what they were saying. The rooms need sound proofing. The curtains, only one curtain is not enough for those windows, you need two and hooks so that you can open them properly. Chairs need maintenance, legs are lose and seats are sagging.

It was beautiful and tasteful and had all the amenities I wanted. it was close to a friends’ home so it was ideal.

There were some ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The water pressure in the shower was low/poor.

This property is in a great location! Close enough to all of the action for Mardi Gras but a short walk away and you are in the quiet and comfort of Frenchman. Really like this property. This was my second stay

there are no windows in the bedroom and the windows in the living space do not open. it can get very warm in the bedroom.

Located near streetcar stop, parking next to building, attractive decor, comfortable beds and sofa, almost soundproof, well equiped kitchen.

Nothing major-would have liked more towel racks in bathrooms and directions for Apple tv.
