Breakfast selection is up to pre Covid choices. Lots of variety for any appetite. Freshly prepared. The location for visiting family in the area is great.

The key system doesn’t seem to hold even if you are registered for multiple nights. One night we were locked out of our room and no desk clerk on duty. Had to wait for managers arrival to get in. We had to re check in each day. Our room was comfortable and clean. We asked only for clean towels everyday and with it being a holiday our request was not passed on each day. However it was easy to obtain fresh towels. The bathroom (203) could do with some refreshing. It operated fine but the toilet seat is discolored and dirty looking. and it looks like mildew is on part of the ceiling.

The breakfast was excellent when the guy who work in the kitchen on Fri and Sat he take pride in his work wish I could remember his name and he is very friendly he need a raise. Rooms are very clean and spacious bathrooms clean and all staff was nice. Great location gas stations and restaurants are all around.

The lady who work in the kitchen can't cook she needs some training that's all .

We arrived at noon and they were able to check us in early. The pool area was very warm which made swimming amazing. The front clerk was so sweet and welcoming. It was very quiet day and night! Their prices for snacks and drinks were reasonable, I expected a high markup.

The breakfast was ok, some stuff was amazing and some not so good. There should be rules for the pool to limit how many floats. It was way to crowded because one group had about 5 or 6 floats.

cleanliness, prompt attention to request, safe environment, breakfast, appearance of room, loved the shower gel, access to food, and neighborhood stores, four pillows to each bed.

all hotels could use their own onsite convenience stores to provide essentials that guest may be too tired to travel out to get but really need!! especially since every place you travel in the area takes time and will more than likely be met with exacerbating traffic. and some revenue from hotel profits should be use to build a hwy between BR and NO to SHORTEN THE TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN THESE AREA, because I have two kids in school, one at Southern and the other at Xavier and with traffic I need a vacation just to recoup!!! pleassssssse !!!!!!!

They put emphasis on clean, and it was. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. There were proteins, which was good. However, the juice machine didn't have the right mix of concentrate and water, so it wasn't drinkable. There were no eggs, except hard boiled. There was no gravy for biscuits. I expected better.

The indoor pool. We thought the front desk staff were great. We thought the breakfast was comfortable, very nice and inviting.

The design of the shower in the accessible room got water all over the bathroom.

Always stay at Holiday Inn Express when possible. Never have had a problem, had to stay in a couple different hotels in the past few mo. Not happy at all.

The breakfast could have been better, different people taking care of things, makes for different experiences. Area, not really much you can do about it.

i liked that it was clean staff was really friendly and helpful beds was so comfortable they had breakfast it was quite and the rooms or spacious

i didn’t like that the handle on my toilet was broken

I loved everything about the property.We enjoyed the inside pool,the breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable

I didn’t like that the staff responded to a noise complaint and automatically assumed it was from our room because I checked in with a group of children.My children are very well behaved and we actually were disturbed as well by whoever was making all the noise and stomping on the floors

it took front desk too long to service; to say that you have to pay them for you snacks they never Ed stayed close by
