Great location. We were able to walk around downtown with our kids and had a water view. I forgot about downtown parking cost but for $20 it was convenient to have our car on property. Staff was very friendly and honestly their hospitality helped to make up for the cost of the room and parking. Honestly, the hotel is simply a downtown property and it cost more to stay downtown.

The breakfast could have been better but the staff was great! The breakfast crew was top notch with their hospitality. The little things make the big difference for me and I did not mind the caliber of meal they offered.

- The only (not good thing) was: the only two cofee cups in our King Suite. -There was no body lotion, and no body lotion. When we called the reception asking for more cups he said you come because there was no one except him there.

Hotel in a good location to explore the city. Breakfast pretty standard for US hotels, buffet style, eat as much as you want. Car parking options, either at hotel $20 or across the street $12, so much cheaper than other city hotels we've stayed in on this trip, as some were asking $45 per night.

Nothing to complain about, a bit pricey but we made the choice to stay there, so can't complain.

The location is great. It’s within walking distance of great food. It was clean and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the ladies in the breakfast area.

The staff didn’t want to take the time to give us a detailed receipt so I had no idea how much parking cost or how much we paid for food in the vending room.

Our stay was definitely at 10! The accommodations were very nice, beautiful view of the river. Clean, quiet (except for the 3:00am train passing through). Breakfast was good. Kayla, at the front desk was delightful! She was always pleasant, helpful, kind and considerate! She is such an asset to the hotel!

The hotel was in a great location.

We couldnt get into our room until 4:30. A lobby full of people with no rooms ready by 3. We were given our keys and then 15 minutes later were told we had the wrong room.

Cool room, extremely friendly and caring staff. Cool location with an excellent cajun restaurant in closer walking distance.

Too much plastic, no recycling bin.

The breakfast was very good! Lots of choices! And the Lady who was overseeing it was on top of everything and very courtious!

Though i would not have used them other members of family would have liked a pool or hot tub, however i understand there is no space for them!
