The hotel is well located. The property felt safe and clean. The room was quiet, but I could hear the other rooms doors opening/closing. The gym was good, well ventilated and with a good selection of weights. I had a "breakfast included" option and received a lovely breakfast every morning from the café on the ground floor. Some staff members were very good.

I had an air conditioner problem that was fixed only on the third night of the stay. The pillows were super tall and hard, but when I asked for a replacement, they did not provide any. The cleaning staff was a bit lacked: they did not clean the room on the first night, the towels were taken but not replaced.

It’s my favorite hotel in downtown Baton Rouge. I always choose a room with a balcony. The staff are always ready to help and greet you as you are getting out your vehicle. The valet service are always on top of their game!!!!

For some reason phone would drop the wifi when I walked onto the balcony. And in my room on the 8th floor wasn’t very strong, but that wasn’t important to me.

Hotel is great, as expected big, super comfortable room. Staff are pro. Lobby is great you can hang out and watch sports on the big screen. It is kind of a fun vibe. My price was very good on the weekend.

The location, downtown is not great. Unless you have a specific reason for staying downtown - there was very little going on during a weekend. It is just mainly a commercial area. Almost all restaurants in the area are closed sunday...and a lot was closed on Monday. The few restaurants around the hotel did not impress me, I tried them all.

The location was awesome, all my favorite bars are around there. The Starbucks downstairs is a nice touch! The valet parking people went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, and help us park. Even going as far as having us follow him to the parking lot across the way so we wouldn’t get lost! Final note, we enjoyed our stay. It was sad to leave. The beds were so comfortable !! 10 out of 10!

No complaint

The staff was incredible. Seriously, I haven’t met a more consistently nice group of people ever. From Joe to the gentleman who helped us with parking to the lovely red haired bartender, we were met with ultimate customer service. Whoever manages this hotel needs to tell their staff daily what a gem they are.

The parking situation wasn’t great. That’s not the hotel’s fault - there was an event happening and we couldn’t find parking after helping our daughter move in to LSU.

Enjoyed the vibe and central location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and well equiped. Valet parking was organised and staff friendly.

Price really didnt match quality. Hotel can ask what they want during Tiger games but I expected more of service like breakfast and i.e. small gestures like water bottles or free fruit at the counter. Hotel could improve on the soft side of hospitality.

Staff was extremely helpful and helpful especially Mr Alex who works in Valet he was great gave us great places to eat at

Hours of Valet needs to be explained more and the parking is not good at all unless you Valet

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was very comfortable and it was refreshingly cool inside.

This is out of your control, but the noise and traffic on the weekend nights made it hard to sleep.

The location was great for access to the freeway. The valet staff was friendly, especially Mr. Alex and Mr. Sam. The front staff and housekeeping were helpful .

The entrance area is too narrow for cars.

Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Glad to have an iron but the board could use a heavy pad. Location was good.

I would have liked cold water from the tap. Lack of breakfast.
