Location is perfect for my purpose. The front desk staff was very accommodating even though i was probably making the process difficult. That was because i wanted a certain side of the building for parking reasons. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for the room i reserved. I am not aware if they had breakfast options.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Me and my friends missed the actual location of this RedRoof. I hope RedRoof will think of a way or ways how to easily locate it. One of my friends who stayed the same date with me said, "that the toilet was not flushing and their room smells bad , she and her family members were not able to sleep the first night. She didn't brought her concerns to the manager on duty, Prince Patel, and she decided to book another room accommodations at another company. I spoke to Prince and brought up her concerns as well as mine and Prince did everything he can, above and beyond service, to help me. Keep up your good work, Prince. Prince told me that there was an incident that happened that's why my friend had an unpleasant stay with RedRoof. Redroof team was quick to fix the problem.

I missed the actual location initially too! I hope RedRoof can figure out how to access our locate MORE easily.

I loved that it was pet friendly and affordable. There were no added charges for bringing my dog with me. The staff there were great and the room was perfect. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Both parking lots were very well lit up and the location to the interstate was perfect. A little tricky figuring out the entrance at night after driving 20 hours (same entrance as the closed Shoney's) but other than that it was great.

No reflection on Red Roof Inn or the staff. The only thing I didn't care for was that people didn't pick up after their pets when done using the bathroom.

The staff was super kind, comfy bed, nice amenities all around. Also in a good spit to walk to a couple food places.

It's on the wrong side of the river of anything to go do unless you want to eat at a couple fast food places. Also the bathtub didn't drain well but that's ok.

Nice budget motel. Good coffee, friendly staff. Gave good advice on taxi sevice.

Water in Port Allen tastes rusty(not red roof's fault). Bring fresh water to drink for coffee machine in room.

I give them a tin everything was nice sweet lovely room clean.

Only problem I had is my check in time I paid twice cause I came in early on the checking in .for 2.00pm Arrived at 6.00Am

the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and all of the staff were very friendly

the rooms are a little small…… my only real issue is the toilet it was angled to were when you sit it is directly against the counter so it’s hard to do business on it for women.

I liked the fact that the hotel was cheap and located close to where my business was located.

The room was comfortably cool, but very humid, to the point I had sometimes had trouble writing on paper. The west bound exit on I10 also required fast reflexes, as it is easy to miss the entrance.

The bed was really comfortable love y'all being pet friendly and not charging for them yall have my business

The only problem I noted Was we didn’t seem to be able to control the air conditioner very well. It was 66 when we got in the room, way too cold, adjusted it but it would never let us set the temperature above 72. We turned the cooling off but the room never warmed up. So then we turned the entire thing off. Somewhere in the middle of the night it came back on
