Staff are always very helpful and nice. Building is quiet and rooms are comfortable. Movie channels are available and free WiFi. Pet friendly room. Hot water forever. Close to a few restaurants and gas stations. Easy access to highway. Weekly rates are very reasonable.

Nothing really too uncomfortable but maybe stronger water pressure. I really do not like the microwave because of condensation in it. That’s probably my biggest complaint. Also the fan in the bathroom is very loud. We had a small issue with fungus gnats that come and go, but this place is much better than most others over here.

The bathroom mirror has a middle place that does not fog up! First time i saw it, it was shocking but after the shock, its the greatest thing i have ever seen!! So dont be alarmed when you see it.. its supposed to do that.. This is one of the best hotels on this side of the river. The staff was amazing. I was always greeted, whether i was leaving or coming in. The ladies behind the counter are just amazing. The housekeeping staff was very kind of giving privacy and when i needed new items I could just set them out the door and it was taken care of by the time i got back. The rooms come with a kitchenette and some pots/pans, dishes, silverware and a few things that are useful. If i need to stay for an extended amount of time, this is the place i will return to.

Sometime the washers and dryers are down. More often than not, but there are plenty of places nearby to do personal laundry. That is the only thing about this place. But the staff would make sure to put notices when they were not in working order.

The is at a great location close to I-10. The room and common areas are very clean. There was a kitchenette in the room which is nice if you want to prepare your own meal. The staff is very friendly and I felt safe in my room. The room rates were among the cheapest in the area.

The only negative is there were no disposable glasses and cups. There were washable glasses and cups in the room.

Location was great! Staff was friendly and hospitable. Room had everything needed for my stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. Pet friendly ☺️ the pictures were exact of what I reserved.

Did not have Do not disturb sign in room. But staff was polite and knocking lightly for room cleaning.

The rooms was nice and clean I said that they had refrigerator microwave and the little stove top thing it was a great experience and nice and I would go back there again and the young lady at the front desk her name is Tara she was very nice and helpful with a lot of things that I needed help with and the staff was very nice too especially when it came to bring your towels and your trash pick up I stayed 3 days.

All of the staff is super nice. It's on a dead end road so there's not alot of traffic! Theres an endless supply of hot water!! Most definitely will stay there again while traveling thru!!

The location and the price of the room.

The fact that it's taking them so long to be there elevator repair also be real exit door panic bar needs to be repaired because the latches are loose and when everything out to put your finger into release and hands up.

Well, I reported that the shower curtain got really wet during my shower and with it being cloth with no liner, water was all over the floor,and I had to use all the towels to soak it up, didn't get any more towels and the trash was never emptied. Other than that it was ok.

I didn't get any more clean towels.

Quiet location surrounded by other hotels. With some food places around. The laundry facility was very clean.

It was hard to understand the gentleman who checked me in. No coin machine for the laundry facility.
