the room/suite and facility was clean.The grounds are nice. Staff very friendly.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The grounds are nice but if is a little out of the way. I was scared of hitting a dear while driving to and from because of the location. You cant get any food delivery service or ride share service out there. The rooms used old fashioned keys instead of key cards. The room door is like a French door and it made me a little uncomfortable since I know how easily those doors can be broken into too.

The suites were SO nice! I could tell that they had taken the time to make updates with the granite countertops, new updated light tile floors, wood tiles in the front, etc. The suite was also extremely clean, and that’s a big thing for me. We loved having all the space and it was quiet.

The only thing I would suggest addressing would be more comfortable beds and sheets. Softer sheets would be an easy place to start. We would still stay here again, but it would be an appreciated update.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to thoroughly check the room. The AC wasn't operating properly so they changed my room before I got to the property. I received a call to inform me of the change and early check in was available. I will absolutely stay there again. I also recommend Lodge at the Bluffs to family and friends.

Bring drinks and eats. No stores in near location.

Location was perfect for our trip. The area was quiet. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the layout with a small living room upon entry with bathroom and small kitchen nook with microwave, and small fridge. Bedroom was in the back. Made it nice when our grandson came back to visit with us for a while. He enjoyed playing basketball in the fenced play area. It had a nice area with swings and a slide/playhouse.

The outside stairs need some paint. Edge of stair tress wee rusty with some areas having flaked off. Our rooms were pretty clean but some areas like behind the toilet and behind the tall lamp in the living room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Also baseboards needed to be cleaned. Sink, tub, toilet were clean. Could have used another roll of toilet paper but we made do since we were leaving the next morning. This place could be exceptional with a little more attention to detail and some updating of the decor.

Customer service was outstanding...the staff made us feel like right at home...happy to see the staff so friendly and kind. The room was a great size, clean and very comfortable...it's in the little details and the Lodge naiked it!

This was a great value for the money. Nothing fancy but nice and clean with comfortable beds. The location was great and the setting was very pretty. The receptionist that greeted me was super friendly and helpful. The only thing negative I can say is the rooms are not sound proof. The folks in the room next to us weren't noisy so it wasn't a problem but you could hear them talking.

Exceptional, and very clean, accomodations just a short drive outside of Natchitoches--at a beautiful upscale golf resort--providing a luxury living area separate from sleeping. Giant TV screen in living area, Large TV in King bedroom, and even a TV with remote in the restroom! Crown moldings, wainscot with beaded panels and chair-rail, oversized window and door casings and baseboards, etc. Marble floors and tile in excellent condition, Heating and Cooling worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, bedding new, etc. In short you will be pleased if your are used to living well.

no elevator for access to 2nd floor--only exterior stairs.

Loved the room, it has so much space! Lodge was nice and quiet with great views! So many possibilities when we come back. Would be great for family and friends trips. Lodge had a playground and basketball court kids would enjoy.

I was not notified until after booking that breakfast and pool services were unavailable. The golf course is also closed at this time. Not a deal breaker for us but amenities need to be adjusted.

Very quiet location with friendly staff outside of St. Francisville, great to have a small living room area and a door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Unfortunately the mattresses were a little too soft for people with back issues.

This little Inn was so cute! I was very pleased with the accommodations. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We saw two roaches in the bathroom that morning. It is an older property so I get it but it was still not ideal.
