Felt like a classic Bally’s. Was not expecting such a great facility in Shreveport, but will definitely be coming back.

Everything was in one place. The casino, the hotel, a nice bar/lounge, nightclub, a couple of restaurants, and the spa. You didn’t have to leave the property. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, the safe worked & loved the big tub. Staff was eager to make stay enjoyable.

The price for how far ahead I booked. You had to park yourself but not just that you had to park in the casino garage and carry all of your belongings through the casino to the hotel. The ice machine was not working on my floor. You have to book a week in advance for any service at the spa. There was no where to plug-in your phone charger on the nightstand.

We often stay at this hotel because Shreveport is in the right location for trips that we make frequently between Texas and Mississippi. The rooms are always very good on an absolute scale, and outstanding on a value scale. They are clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is the quality of the restaurants. The food at the café is always good and the high end restaurant is outstanding.

They generally don't have valet service available for parking. The valet service for luggage support is also very spotty. If you absolutely need these services, you may be in trouble. However, none of the other local hotels are any better.

I like the convenience of the room, the location was great, quiet, the view was great and I did get a good nights rest. Easy access to the casino floor

I didn't like that it was on the pet floor and I don't own a pet. Even though I booked in advance this is the room that was available. Things like this needs to be address prior to arrival, I could have been allergic to cats or dogs and may not have wanted to stay on that floor, if I knew in advance I could have made other arrangements elsewhere. Coomunications ahead of time would be great, not when someone arrives, now you're forced to stay if you don't you are still required to pay.

The hallways and room had the smell of clean! I felt really good about that!

Well, you probably couldn't do anything about it, but I did not like seeing pets everywhere. While waiting to check in, one dog pooped on the floor. On the plus side, staff came by promptly to scoop it up and clean up behind it. Later, two dogs appeared to really not like each other and were barking and growling at each other loudly. Luckily, the owners were able to restrain their pets.

Bally’s Hotel is wonderful. The property might be older than some but it is very well kept and always comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are super clean and the shower works very well. The beds are extremely comfortable too. They even provide an in-room fridge that was useful since we had some perishable food with us. The parking garage across the street was easy to access and parking was free for hotel guests which is another plus. The hotel reception staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We always stay here when we travel to Texas.

Everything was perfect.

Clean, comfortable, & relaxing atmosphere. perfect for the R&R that I was needing and not the hustle and bustle that you usually get when staying at a hotel casino. friendly staff in the Sportsmans café, I love asking the staff for recommendations off the menu, and my waitress did not disappoint and to top it all off. I’ve never had a strawberry jubilee cake so her recommendation was just to die for. oh and loved the view of the river from my room, the relaxing bath that I got to take. the only thing missing in the tub was the Jets.

inside the casino itself the staff was not very helpful

The king room was so much better than the last visit with two very uncomfortable worn out queen beds! The food and food staff were miles above the previous experience. The food tasted like someone cared and it was worth the price. Didn't understand them only accepting cash orders...all hand written!

The smell upon entering the hotel was awful! I'm sure everyone is aware of and working on that problem.

There was. A wonderful woman that works downstairs where you can get coffee and pastries and she remembered me from my stay on Thursday . She was the sweetest and nicest woman and made exceptional coffee to get me the way home ! She probably is not paid enough for her wonderful service people like her is what brings people back ! I wish I knew her name but she worked until he morning Friday and today 7/26

Our second stay we where put in a handicap room which I rated y’all good cause wonder bathroom for handicap people but we are not and the shower kinda sucked for non handicap people because it didn’t switch over but we just dealt with it not a big deal but for future either check the shower knob room 609 or put non handicap people im a regular room the first room was amazing last Thursday

Rooms were great quality very spacious bathrooms were also very nice we got a high floor so the view was also great as well there were also great restaurants options in the hotel sportsman's paradise was an awesome restaurant and our hose was amazing they also have a nice gift shop in the hotel as well it's located in a great area there are other casinos around other restaurants and shopping places in a good distance I had to take screen shots of two videos I took while I was there because I forgot to take pictures of the room and lobby 😅

The casino in the hotel doesn't accept matricula I'd cards or (Mexican Id) witch is understandable it's a different state with different rules but the lady who was checking the IDs that night was kinda about my husband not having a regular Id but other then her all the other staff members were exceptional the bathroom mirrors were kinda dirty but other then that everything else was clean but it was over all still a great stay
