Nice, clean place to stay.

There were 4 of us staying in the room and only 2 towels were provided. We called for extra towels and nobody ever brought them. We offered to go down and get them and were told no, they didn't have them at the desk. We ended up having to share so we could check out on time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The atmosphere was awesome and the new restaurant was fantastic.

The shower was dirty with hair as if someone just showered . I am questioning the proper room cleaning procedure for my room occupied. Maybe the workers slacked on this one 😒

The V.I.P manager ray took very good care of us all gave us a tour of the gaming floor and kept a helpfull but close eye out and made sure we were comfortable, the staff was great we did have a very excellent black jack dealer named terri that deserves a raise and vacation for service and knowlage she provided to a bunch on novice players. We will be back yearly and hope to see our favorite staff members agin thankyou for the hospitality and experince.

No live music! The energy on the floor was mixed people mostly used headphones. Chatter and live music makes for a electrifying experience

Good people great food, beautiful 😍❤️ scenery. We had the best view I've never slept with the window open I had a view so beautiful I didn't have to shut the curtains off so I had a beautiful sunset and sunrise 🌄🌞 omg

The place was spotless, but the place smells like a nursing home. I feel if they should use fabuloso and another thing they need to upgrade and get (MICROWAVES) I STAYED FOR 2 DAY'S SO I DIDN'T WONT TO LEAVE OUT EARLY UP IN THE DAY, BUT I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE BECAUSE I COULD HAVE ATE IN MY ROOM I BROUGHT FOOD BUT NOT HAVING A MICROWAVE MADE ME HAVE TO GO OUT WHICH I WAS THERE TO RELAX, BUT OVERALL I GIVE MARGARITAVILLE A 💯 SCORE. I WILL BE RETURNING THERE BUT ILL HAVE AN ELECTRIC SKILLET ON OUR NEXT VISIT ☺️ LOL

The mattress was terrible - the soap in the shower was empty

The location was easy to find and close to the show we went to see. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed the environment and would stay there again.

Since there is a casino in the hotel, you would expect decent nightlife. I went with my boyfriend and several mutual friends, and we couldn't eat or drink in the lobby since everything closed before 10:30pm. We had to go into the casino part for drinks or vending machine for food. We ended up going to a gas station and getting drinks and hanging in one of the rooms.

The hotel was clean and the staff were AMAZING!! Erika at the front desk made us feel like we were long-time friends and recognized us even the second we were there! The spa staff were experienced and friendly!

I'm used to Las Vegas casino-hotels with 24 hour breakfast restaurants. Margaritaville only has a deli for breakfast during the regular breakfast hours. No wait staff only counter staff that takes your order and hands you your food with limited seating.

We loved our room and had a lot of fun in the bar watching the College World Series championship. Dragos was wonderful!

Service at the bar was very slow! I stood at the bar for quite a while and never got waited on. Another couple walked up and sat down right next to me and the bartender immediately asked what the wanted. I understand check in time was 3 but we had to be there at 2 to meet a family member and they wanted to charge $25 for early check in! I've never been charged if we got there a few minutes early.

It has the best casino as far as size. The hotel rooms are nice and clean...we had a walk in shower that was really nice. The room was quite even though we were close to the elevators. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

They do no have covered parking which was a bit uncomfortable because of the high temperatures. And, the food selection is very limited compared to other hotels in the area. We would stay here again if we are in Shreveport.

My husband and I love staying here the staff is amazing always helpful and quick to answer questions and if you need anything for the room they are always on top of it!!!

My only complaint is the bed it's not that it's uncomfortable just we stayed in the same room as we did our last trip and there is a bad dip in the mattress and I didn't sleep very well because my feet are higher than my head!!! Other than that no complaints!!! We have stayed in a different room before and the mattress was great!!!
