We travel to Houston from MO alot. Hampton is our go to safe dependable place to rest. Shalyn. And Kendra were quick to address any issues I had. Will stay again. Always comfy bed.

Our bathroom floor was just nasty. I reported it and the manager was a doll. Went above and beyond. To fix issue. Thank you Kendra.

AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET IN THE FRIDGE WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF THE CHAIR. THE DOOR ON THE CABINET OPEND INN ONE DIRECTIOON AND THE DOOR ON THE FRIDGE OPENED IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE FRIDGE COULD BE MOVED OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE.

I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness, and the fact that they offered breakfast with good hours.

The staff that I had interaction with were amazing. They were very helpful and polite. The location is perfect because you aren't too far from other businesses like gas stations, restaurants, and etc. The pool was open and they do offer a nice breakfast spread from 7 til 11. My only dislikes were the bedding and that the ice machine on my floor was out of order. The blankets were too rough for my liking, and the pillows were horrible. There was also a hidden fee that we were not aware of upon booking that's supposed to be refunded in a few days. Everything was clean and tidy though.

The room is just as the picture showed. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit. It was close to the interstate. It was just off the exit but far enough that we could not hear any traffic. There was a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel and You got a 19% off coupon.

The sweetest gal at the front desk, she was so genuinely friendly. She gave us a room on first floor husband has RA very accommodating.

My only complaint is you could hear every person outside in the hall but I feel like that's my fault for getting the room next to the lobby.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a little something for everyone. The staff, especially the cook Valerie, were so kind and friendly.

The staff was nice. I had previously booked at another facility and had some minor troubles with my room. Upon attempting to call and sort this out prior to arrival the staff were beyond rude, driving me to cancel my room there and book here. I’m thankful I did, everything was nice and clean, and the staff at the front desk was extremely nice

the friendly staff was so friendly and it wasn't like all fake it was genuine, it was this lady 1st day and she done a great job she was nervous but showed professionalism and i can tell she was happy it all went well i told her so . i hope she there a longtime

i guess someone had put something in the microwave and burned it the smell was awful, air didn't work but its not I didn't like it they moved us room and I was very impressed with the quickness and it was like they was there to please me and i was satisfied
