Staff was helpful and all the facilities were clean. The pool was nice and warm and we were visiting our grand kids and they had a ball swimming and playing.

The hotel is older and it shows, even though it is clean the elevator was slow and beat up. The rooms are small and the furniture could use some updates. The bathroom was tiny and the hot water was warm with the shower stuck on a very narrow stream. There was a mix up in our room where the staff did not put us in the correct room on the computer so when we got back to the hotel after a very long day we were locked out of our room and had to go back downstairs and stand in line for them to reactivate our keys. That wasn't a major deal but very aggravating when you are tired.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was extremely cold in the room. Location was great right by the innerstate and lots of places to eat withing minutes. Really enjoyed the indoor heated pool.

Beads were a little hard, shower needed to be hotter. We had the stuff to make coffee In our room but no coffee maker.

Staff was wonderful! The bed and pillows were excellent .my husband and I had a great night sleep.The bathroom was freshly redone .The location was perfect for our trip.

The building was a little old .we had kids jumping on the ceiling above us and we thought they were going to break the light fixtures, or fall thru.

We didn't eat breakfast. But it looked to be a really nice eating area. We did talk to the cook, and he was pretty nice. The prices seemed really reasonable, but unfortunately, we were running late

Our whole experience was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, our room was very clean and real roomy. I was an overall good experience.

staff could use some courses on hospitality, they seem more focused on sitting down rather than attending to guests. Especially the older middle aged guy with the glasses, real unprofessional

Your facility provided a clean, safe place for me and my children to stay overnight. Your staff was friendly and eager to help whenever help was wanted/needed. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have ever used. Thank you!

I don't stay in hotels very often, so this might be something that I am just ignorant about, however, a continental breakfast was not offered. Otherwise, I felt like your facility was on top of the game.

Our room was not ready when we got there. After one housekeeper noticed we was still waiting on a room no one was cleaning, she went out of her way to get us a clean room that was better than our original room.

Great location off the interstate and close to NOLA for what our needs were.

The first night was rough as the heater on blew out cold air. The temp outside was in the low 30s. They offered another room but it wasn't much better. The next day it was fixed and it was perfect.

The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The room size was awesome and cleanliness was admired

The location was good, near destination. Breakfast was good and surroundings were clean. Employees were pleasant.

The rooms could use an upgrade. There should also be a discount for frequent visitors.
