Breakfast was awesome and the young lady keep checking all the station to see what needed refills I was very impressed with that.

My cards to my room was deactivated at 9am even though my check out was not until 12am. The girl at the front desk didn’t offer to turn the back on but I said no but I did feel like I was kicked out but the stay was still nice.

Josh is an incredible asset to your front desk staff. He is always friendly and a pleasure to talk with. This location was extremely close to our family.

Price was a little steep. Breakfast was served a few days during our stay, but not all of the days. Our bathroom door looked like someone put their fist thru it.

the location was perfect for what we were doing. it was a quick drive to all of the surrounding tourist attractions that we visited. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a huge hit with my family. There was something for everyone.

One of the beds in our double bed red was quite uncomfortable.

The young lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY friendly, she was very patient with me rumbling through my purse. She apologized on my behalf to others waiting in line, I offered to step to the side and she was like"no your fine" I thought in a time when everyone is in a hurry, she still showed patience and I appreciated that.

The bathroom was half clean, there was hair multiple places in the shower & floor.

We were weary from a long day of travel. The lady who checked us in was wonderful. We needed a place to eat; she recommended a local restaurant, and we didn't even need to get back out on the road. It was in the adjoining parking lot.

The bathroom could've been better lit. And there was rust on part of the vanity that were metal. That wasn't appealing to the eye.

staff was friendly- location was perfect - near everything we needed to grab for our cruise next day

very noisy, very late into the night pool way too crowded and rambunctious - our child could not get in because we were afraid she’d get hurt. no monitoring at all

Beds very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

Two mornings, there wasn’t much at all on the breakfast bar. It wasn’t because we were late…. we usually arrive for breakfast 6:30.

We checked out early and didn’t eat breakfast, however the breakfast area was conveniently located off the lobby.

I’m pretty sure I left my Oakley zip up hoodie in room 313 and when my wife called about it the guy said it hadn’t been turned in.

The staff was very friendly and I was refunded for the day in which we didn't have any water

The whirlpool had so much chlorine/chemicals it literally burned your nose and eyes just to be by it let alone in it and then The water suddenly went out for most of the day and when it came back on they didn't have any hot water for the remainder of our stay but to the General managers credit she was very understanding and issued us a refund for that day

Stayed for surgery the following morning, so we missed breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in a bit early for my wife's surgery the day before.

Ice machine on our floor didn't work.
