Clean, no animals allowed ( almost) I asked the time before if they had animal rooms and they told me NO but that next morning, what did I see but a dog IN THE HOTEL???? . My dog IS EXTREMELY TRAINED would never go to the bathroom inside but I thought well no animals means no animals right but not true ??? . Mixed messages correct? But clean rooms VERY important, nice location with restaurants in parking lot , staff was sufficiently friendly but not overboard . Value overpriced but what isn’t today under our leadership? Best is Clean and great location for the area !

We were very satisfied with the room. It was comfortable and clean and big enough to accommodate four adults. The breakfast that was included had plenty of good options. The WiFi was good when we were connected. It was very convenient staying here because the location was right in the downtown area with lots of things to do.

The only thing that I would suggest to make the stay even more enjoyable would be to add a pool. Also, each time we left the hotel and came back, we had to reenter the password for the WiFi in order to reconnect. It would be nice if it automatically connected after the first time.

Best breakfast, clean room, helpful staff. Usually we don't write about the staff but we had a break down and the hotel staff went over and beyond to help us! They work really hard and have a sense of real pride in their hotel. They seem to like each other and their jobs and the overall sense of the hotel is one of cleanliness, care and welcome. We must give a shout out to Dan who jumped our car and was just a fabulous caretaker of the hotel.

Breakfast was the best we've had at a Comfort Inn--unexpected range of choices, generous seating area, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, water hot, the whole place spotless. We'd traveled hard because of storms and rough ferry crossings, so a quiet hotel was what we wanted.

Shower/tub needs better grab bars and a rubber mat. Wall decorations are stale

Front desk attendant on Friday 01/20/2023 at 5am (sorry did not get his name) was EXTREMELY helpful, above and beyond what was necessary to ease my nerves and mind assisting me on the manner to arrive at Northern Light Hospital. His kindness and professionalism was exactly what I needed just before a surgical procedure. The Corporate World would be better if they hired more workers like this gentleman.

The facilities were great, the room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a number of items. It is also very conveniently located near a Hannaford grocery store, Starbucks, gas stations and other amenities.

I have no complaints about this location or my stay. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the team was diligent in making sure that breakfast was constantly tended and replenished even during busy times.

The facility was a little dark and dated, but this was outweighed by the great location and helpful staff

The staff was extremely friendly even at almost 11 pm at night. The place was very clean, and the extra gradation displays were extremely touching.

Nothing at all was wrong with this place. One thing I would love to see is a shower liner other than that it is a place we've come back to several times too and recommended people to stay here.

The hotel was clean and the lady in charge was very helpful. The young gentleman at the front desk had a harder time with communication, but she jumped right in to help. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine.

The roads around the hotel were full of potholes, but I suppose the hotel can't control that.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was superb. The front desk welcomed us with information about Husson University, which is why we were there, and local information for future visits. Oh and super cute new bathrooms.
