Black Bear Conference Center is less than a quarter mile off 95. It was the perfect place to stop for a one night stop over. The beds were super comfy, the room was clean, and the shower was great. We were delightedly surprised at the continental breakfast. Ever staff member was happy and helpful. There was a charming basket on the front reception counter where we could take a positive thought for the day, we liked that. Also, lemon water, cold and fresh, was a very nice touch.

There is nothing at this time that I can suggest that would have made the stay any better.

The inn was quiet and comfortable. Loved the waffle machine. Was able to check in late (after a concert).

Remote didn't work so I had to take it down to front desk to get new batteries. There were no extra batteries so the gentleman at the desk had to find some in another remote to use. Breakfast area could be a little larger.

Our bar fridge didn't work. We did let staff know. It wasn't a huge deal to us, but for others it might have been. Our room wasn't straightened up on the second day, again not a huge deal. But we had some garbage that needed to be removed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choices were amazing and very good. The bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home. I really liked the location, because it was so close to town, but yet so secluded and quiet.

I must say that there was nothing I would change unless I could have had my room free. There was nothing I did not like.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. I understand the Covid rules make things different but compared to the rest of my trip, this was the "worst" breakfast. All others had hot breakfast options, eggs, bacon, etc while this had microwaved egg sandwiches. Also, location was confusing (not your fault) because the road that it is off crosses the interstate twice, about 10 miles apart!

Everything. It was a nice stay. We extend for one night more. There were washing machine and dryer very efficient. Breakfast was correct, waffles were delicious. The room was big, well equiped and comfy

Very pet friendly. Very courteous and friendly staff. Reasonable rates.

The beds were not comfortable, and they jiggled a lot. The mattresses were not firm. The breakfast room is very small. The inside bathroom door was half peeled off from water damage. The sheers in the window were in tatters.

For the brief stay we were there, we had an awesome experience. Rooms were extremely clean and comfy. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Employees were friendly. Location was great. Definitely staying there again.

We left at 3:00am. We didn't have breakfast, but fresh, hot coffee was available. Room and bathroom were clean and smelled good.

pricing structure, we stayed in a mini suite a week earlier for $236 Can and six days later charged $293 Can for a Queen regular room. Makes no sense to gouge a customer.
