The room was really quiet, especially overnight, where other hotels we could hear people in the rooms next to us. The room was spacious, and room/bathroom were exceptionally clean! We were able to use the pool and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. Plenty of towels so we didn't need to go in search of them as needed. Excellent, courteous staff that were very helpful when needing supplies and answering questions. Awesome weekend!!

Breakfast to be served until a later time. Or for items to be available if it was missed. I missed all the breakfasts. My husband is allergic to dogs. Perhaps some areas of the hotel to be pet free?

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels and I must say, I slept wonderfully here. The bed was like a cloud! Also, the shower in the room was really good, too. I liked how they had full sized shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of those teeny disposable ones - great for the environment AND my wife and daughters were actually able to have enough product to effectively wash their hair after swimming in the pool. And lastly, the breakfast was phenomenal! There was something for everyone (even my pickiest child) and the staff was extremely quick refilling items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, etc. My wife, kids and I were stuffed and ready to start our day.

The only thing I would say is the flooring around the pool was extremely slippery and I almost slipped a couple of times while walking with my baby in my arms. It made me nervous for my kids (6 and 8) that they may fall in the pool, or hurt themselves. But the pool itself (and the hot tub) was great! Very refreshing and relaxing!

We only stayed one night so we can’t comment on the pool or fitness area as we didn’t get to experience them. Our room was clean, water pressure was good, and the breakfast was pretty decent. It’s close to the airport which is a plus for people flying in and is a short drive to plenty of food and activity options.

The only thing that stood out as annoying but definitely not horrible was sound of the heater/cooling unit. It’s was pretty loud but only really bothered us while trying to watch a show in the evening.

beds and pillows really nice. computer in the lobby nice as was the ability to buy snacks. liked that you could get coffee in the afternoon as well.

bfast was fine - bagel, eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffin, cereal, etc. no microwave in the room but used the one in the lobby. room was very cold until we realized that you had to control heat from wall thermostat. should have had access to a blanket.

Last minute reservation after ferry to Nova Scotia being cancelled. Convenient to highway and minutes to downtown Bangor. Nice, clean room, good breakfast.

Located near airport, a little loud during the day, but no late or early flights.

I wish there was more than one way to get to the pool. The only way was to walk through the lobby which was a little uncomfortable walking through a lobby full of ppl watching a game. Wish there was a more private entry way. Besides that it was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent!

The location is a bit separated from the city so when we arrived in the evening there was only one restaurant nearby to eat dinner at. It was a decent / tasty restaurant but some more choices would have been better!

Pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Definitely worth going back in the future. Great breakfast and staff. However, the price point will have to improve.

It’s not so much about didn’t like, it’s just overall pricing of all hotels will make it difficult to travel in the future more regularly. 

Very clean and comfortable. Good value and breakfast was perfect.

Drove by the location a couple of times because the main sign was blocked out by number of trees near the road, as you drive up from the highway. We actually went into a different hotel to find out if we were at the right location.

The personnel were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was crowded, I would suggest extending breakfast to 10 am. Rooms were immaculate as was the fitness centers. Complimentary wheelchair was a bonus.

Crowded breakfast area, though plenty of food. Cleaning carts in the hall in the morning made it hard to get wheelchair by. I felt like i was in their way.
